Abstract: В статье рассматриваются проблемы гуманизации музыкально-исполнительской подготовки будущих учителей музыки; исследуются пути воздействия на личность для раскрытия внутреннего потенциала и развития способностей студента; изучаются основные условия и задачи, способствующие формированию субъективного опыта, опыта ценностного отношения личности к произведениям искусства, позволят будущему специалисту реализовать свои способности и возможности в практической деятельности
In the article it is accented that one of the actual problems for scientists all over the world is humanizing of the education, where a person is the highest value with his searches for the meaning of life and the pursuit for self-actualization, self-development, creativity. Professional music education , with its orientation towards personality as an active subject of study, is appealed to overcome the shortcomings in training future specialists, promote the all-round harmonious development, create of equal possibilities for everyone, form of modern knowledge and skills. Scientists N. Huralnyk, A. Kozyr, B. Fedoryshyn, A. Shcholokova believe that the individualization of the educational process, enrichment of its forms and methods will promote of the development of artistically imaginative vision of the world of future teachers, the ability to express an opinion independently, to solve artistic tasks. According to O. Rostovskoho, forming of experience of emotionally value of music works which is necessary to feel deeply, instead of learning it or obtaining with volitional way has a big meaning. G. Padalka notes that ensuring of development and realization of artistic abilities of each student is possible on conditions that using works in the learning process, where human life is treated as the highest value, giving the student the possibility of free choice in ways of arts education in combination with its normative elements. Researchers K. Abulkhanova-Slavska, J. Bech, E. Bondarevskaya, I. Yakymanska believe that a center of learning is the personality of the student, and taking into account individually typological features of future music teachers will allow to build strategic ways of influence on a training of creative professionals, forming of such qualities and properties they need to further realization of themselves as an active personality in practical workBuilding of relationships between teachers and students in positions of dialogue and cooperation, where subjects of the educational process are recognized as equal partners, regardless of age, experience and knowledge (O. Rudnytska), creating of a positive atmosphere of learning, providing personal development of each student will promote of the harmonization of their professional and spiritual qualities, realization of their skills and opportunities in musically performing activity by future music specialists.
