Abstract: У статті розглянуті теоретичні основи вибору майбутньої професії польською молоддю. Розглянуто завдання професійної орієнтації школярів, основні чинники, які впливають на вибір майбутньої професії, особливості планування своєї професійної кар’єри
В статье рассмотрены теоретичские основы выбора будущей профессии польской молодежью. Роскрыты задачи профессиональной ориентации школьников, основные факторы, которые влияют на выбор профессии, особенности планирования своей профессиональной карьеры
The article describes the basic theory of choosing future professional by Polish youth. Submitted objectives of the professional orientation of schoolchildren, the main factors that affect the choice of a profession, especially the planning of this professional career. The rapid development of science and technology in Western Europe substantially changed the situation on the labor market. It is necessary for a worker’s awareness of the fact that the stability of his professional career will depend on the full willingness not only from adapting existing conditions, but also from taking effective decisions regarding specific Analysis of the main documents of the European Union on this issue suggests that vocational activities in most of European countries there is some implements that allows you to meet essential social needs for vocational education and the labor market.Career guidance implements the following objectives: comprehensive assistance in choosing a career or change all life, maintaining the necessary household, promoting an active position in the acquisition of knowledge and skills among the population in the area of employment and improvement of their qualifications and competence; formation of citizens’ abilities and skills necessary for successful operation in today’s job market; mobilization of government agencies for more action in the field of postgraduate learning and improving rates of production of their own qualifications; more efficient using of the capacity of various institutions to encourage citizens to participate actively in the implementation of their plans for professional development; provision of timely information on the needs of employers and job seekers. Polish youth who begins his professional career, has considerable difficulty inemployment , especially in search of work in accordance with the received professional training. The main reason for this is primarily a difficult economic situation caused by Europe’s crisis. However, in addition to external economic causes a significant role as a fact of insufficient preparedness of career-oriented young people to seek employment. In many cases, young people edified, primarily to seek higher wages. They have a certain degree of social devaluation occurs professional values such as conformity works on vocation, its creative nature, humanity, and others
