У статті висвітлено організаційно-педагогічні умови формування готовності майбутніх соціальних педагогів до роботи
у сфері дозвілля дітей та юнацтва. Обґрунтовано необхідність врахування висвітлених у статті умов при роботі з дітьми та юнацтвом у сфері дозвілля.
The article highlights the organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation willingness of future social workers to work in the
field of leisure of children and youth: 1) unity of academic and extracurricular activities that ensures the integrity of the process of formation of
future social workers to work in the field of recreation for children and youth; 2) involvement of future social workers for extracurricular artistic
and creative, cultural, leisure, tourism and local history activities in activity groups, clubs, clubs with a creative use of artistic and aesthetic
information art, ethnic material in the practice of leisure activities; 3) the use of innovative teaching methods in preparing future social workers in
the field of recreation for children and youth. The necessity of taking into account the terms covered in articles when working with children and
youth in the field of entertainment. Visualization lectures, lecture-study of artistic and aesthetic media art, lectures, concerts are often being
used for the formation of future social workers to the organization of work in the field of leisure. Lectures, study of artistic and aesthetic media
art works are carried out after several trips, discussions, observations, plays musical fragments of Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Grieg; Brahms,
Chopin, Schumann; organ music of J.S. Bach and others, in which students have their own opinion as to everything visual, music, sacred art,
masterpieces of national and world culture. Realization of aforementioned organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of future
social workers to work in the field of entertainment children and youth will allow to increase the effectiveness mastering innovative methods of
leisure activities, to ensure adaptability, consistency and continuity of the process. The implementation of the aforementioned organizational
and pedagogical conditions of formation of future social workers to work in the field of recreation for children and youth will allow to increase the
effectiveness mastering innovative methods of leisure activities to ensure manufacturability, consistency and continuity of the process.
