Abstract: У статті розглядається проблема методичної творчості вчителя-музиканта. Аналізуються підходи до виявлення сутності словосполучення «методична творчість», подається авторське розуміння змістового наповнення зазначеного феномену.
The article describes the problem of musician teacher methodological creativity. The phrase "methodological creativity" is analyzed, authors understanding of this phenomenon is presented. The article is focused on personal factors (teacher) in its realization that are identified with such concepts: pedagogical, methodological, aesthetic, musical culture of teacher of music; professional and artistic competence; educational technology, pedagogical mastership and pedagogical creation; methodical competence, methodical thinking, methodical creation of teacher and etc. that indicate the professional requirements to modern school teacher due. The author presents methodical creation of musician teacher as part of his professionalism that characterizes with such features as: understanding the methods of musical education as an holistic multicomponent system; awareness of musical training, student’s education and development as holistic and systematic process; acquirement of professionally oriented methodological and methodical knowledge in the field of music education and creative experience of their practical application; innovative orientation of educational activities; an ability to solve problems of professional nature independently and methodically competently using traditional and non-traditional means of pedagogical influence; the need for creative self through professional activities; ongoing commitment to enriching and improving individual and creative pedagogical skills; developed motivation for professional and creative growth. In conclusion the author submit musician teacher’s methodological creation as a phenomenon that reflects his professionalism level, it requires deep research and study of its nature, content and structure of the component.
