Роль перфекціонізму у формуванні професійної ідентичності майбутнього психолога

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вивченню ролі перфекціонізму у формуванні професійної ідентичності майбутнього психолога. Розглянуто поняття та типи перфекціонізму, вплив на мотивацію майбутнього психолога, самооцінку професійних навичок та ставлення до професії психолога. Зазначено, що перфекціонізм впливає на самооцінку професійних навичок майбутнього психолога через збільшену самокритику, страх помилок та зниження загальної самооцінки, а також може сприяти формуванню ефективних стратегій підтримки та розвитку професійної ідентичності. Представлено результати досліджень впливу перфекціонізму на професійну ідентичність майбутніх психологів. Проаналізовано стратегії подолання перфекціоністичних тенденцій та їх вплив на формування професійної ідентичності.

The article presents research findings that can be beneficial for future psychologists, helping them understand the influence of perfectionism on their professional identity and find effective ways to overcome perfectionistic tendencies. Strategies for coping with perfectionistic tendencies and their impact on the formation of professional identity are analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the importance of self-acceptance, flexibility, as well as awareness of personal values as effective mechanisms for the psychologist's development and the formation of a stable professional identity. The importance of awareness and understanding the need to avoid excessive perfectionism and develop adaptive strategies that promote balanced professional growth and the development of a healthy professional self-identification is also characterized. Studying the impact of perfectionism on the self-evaluation of a future psychologist's professional skills will help improve knowledge about the formation of professional identity and the development of confidence in professional activities. It has practical significance for the psychological training of students and the formation of high-quality professionals in the future. Therefore, this article serves as a valuable source of information for those interested in the study of perfectionism and professional identity in the context of psychology. It contributes to a deeper understanding of these concepts and provides practical tools for overcoming the negative consequences of perfectionistic tendencies and developing a stable and balanced professional identity
