Студентський будівельний загін вищих навчальних закладів м. Києва (1962-1991 рр.)

Abstract

Дисертаційна робота є одним з перших спеціальних досліджень, присвячених діяльності студентських будівельних загонів, які формувалися на базі вищих навчальних закладів України. На основі аналізу архівних матеріалів, опублікованих джерел та відповідної літератури у дисертації розкрито історію зародження та напрямки діяльності студентського будівельного загону ВНЗ м. Києва (1962-1991 рр.). Досліджено історію становлення руху студентських будівельних загонів в УРСР та СРСР. Вивчено нормативно-правові документи, що регламентували їх діяльність. З’ясовано організаційну структуру будівельного загону. Розглянуто процес формування та діяльність першого будівельного загону ВНЗ м. Києва. Визначено основні напрямки його діяльності протягом досліджуваного періоду. Проаналізовано агітаційно-пропагандистську та суспільнукорисну працю, що проводилася студентською молоддю під час «трудового семестру» на місцях їх виробничої дислокації. Відображено повсякденне життя студентів у загонах.

The dissertation is one of the first special studies devoted to the activities of student building units which were formed on the basis of universities of Ukraine. The movement of student building units, being a notable socio-political phenomenon of the Soviet era in the history of Ukraine, played an important role in the life of the Soviet youth, becoming one of the tools of the ideological policy of the Soviet state party leadership in conditions of aggravation of the ideological and socio-economic crisis of the Soviet model in the second half of 60 80's of the XX century. On the basis of the analysis of archival materials, published sources and corresponding literature, the dissertation considers the history of the birth, formation and direction of the activity of the student building units of universities of Kyiv (1962-1991). The history of the formation of the movement of student building units in the Ukrainian SSR and the USSR, which begins to emerge immediately after the establishment of the Soviet power in Ukraine, was explored. The normative legal documents regulating their activities were studied, the adoption of which allowed it to grow into a mass movement among the Soviet student youth and become a part of its everyday life. The organizational structure of the building unit, which was marked by a high centralization, was provided by the Communist and Komsomol authorities with full control over the student units at all stages of their activity. The process of formation and activity of the first building unit of the universities of Kyiv was considered. Successful and effective activity of the first student building unit contributed to the fact that the movement became an integral part of the educational process in higher and secondary education institutions, one of the essential factors in the formation and preparation of young specialists in the Soviet Union. The basic directions of its activity during the investigated period were determined, which included two components: the realization of building tasks at the objects of agricultural and industrial complexes and ideological work with the local population. The analysis of the propaganda and social-useful work carried out by the student youth during the "labor semester" in the places of their industrial dislocation. However, this work was quite politicized and ideologized, which led to the deformation of the socialization opportunities of the student movement, and served as a loss of national consciousness to younger generations. The everyday life of students in the units, where the unique traditions, holidays and other forms of their rest became widespread, were shown.

Диссертационная работа является одним из первых специальных исследований, посвященных деятельности студенческих строительных отрядов, которые формировались на базе высших учебных заведений Украины. На основе анализа архивных материалов, опубликованных источников и соответствующей литературы в диссертации раскрыто историю зарождения и направления деятельности студенческого строительного отряда ВУЗов г. Киева (1962-1991 гг.). Исследована история становления движения студенческих строительных отрядов в УССР и СССР. Изучены нормативно-правовые документы, регламентирующие их деятельность. Выяснено организационную структуру строительного отряда. Рассмотрен процесс формирования и деятельности первого строительного отряда ВУЗов г. Киева. Определены основные направления его деятельности в течение исследуемого периода. Проанализировано агитационно-пропагандистскую деятельность и общественно-полезный труд, проводимые студенческой молодежью во время «трудового семестра» на местах их производственной дислокации. Отражено повседневную жизнь студентов в отрядах.
