У статті представлені особливості проведення занять з фізичного виховання у секції дартс зі студентами, які відносяться за станом здоров’я до спеціальної медичної групи у закладах вищої освіти на прикладі кафедри фізичної культури і оздоровчої фізичної культури Центральноукраїнського державного педагогічного університету імені Володимира Винниченка. В рамках робочої програми з фізичного виховання ЦДПУ були розроблені практичні заняття для студентів із відхиленнями в стані здоров’я. У статті розглянуті мета, завдання викладання навчальної дисципліни, представлені принципи побудови робочої програми, які визначили її зміст. Також зазначено, що повинен знати та вміти студент віднесений за станом здоров’я до спеціальної медичної групи після вивчення навчальної дисципліни «Фізичне виховання у секції дартс».
В статье представлены особенности проведения занятий по физическому воспитанию в секции дартс со студентами, которые относятся по состоянию здоров’я в специальную медицинскую группу в заведениях высшего образования на примере кафедры физической культуры и оздоровительной физической культуры Центральноукраинского государственного педагогического университета имени Владимира Винниченко. В рамках рабочей программы по физическому воспитанию ЦДПУ были разработаны практические занятия для студентов с отклонениями в состоянии здоровья. В статье рассмотрены цели, задания преподавания учебной дисциплины, представлены принципы построения рабочей программы, которые определили ее содержание. Также отмечено, что должен знать и уметь студент, который по состоянию здоров’я относится к специальной медицинской группе после изучения учебной дисциплины «Физическое воспитание в секции дартс».
Physical education is an important means in the system of education and upbringing of young people, formation of their foundations of a healthy lifestyle, organization of active rest, development of physical and spiritual forces, rehabilitation and correction of health, development of positive moral and volitional qualities. Health is an integral qualitative characteristic of a person and a society that combines social, spiritual, psychic, physical components and gives a person a sense of inner harmony, well-being and overall satisfaction with life.
Taking into account the medical examinations of the students of our educational institution, we observe that more than 14% of students are exempt from physical activity and anymore 30% on the state a health pertain to special medical groups. The most common diseases include disorders of the cardiovascular system and musculoskeletal system (up to 80% of deviations), the respiratory system, the organs of vision, genitourinary, and May system. Therefore, the most important tasks of teachers of physical education is not only the methodological and theoretical involvement of the student in the educational process (writing essays), but also the concern for the health of young people, because it is a guarantee of cheerfulness, vivacity, full mental and physical development, that is, motivating them to participate in practical physical education classes. Therefore, taking into account the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science (No. 1 / 11-11291, dated October 30, 2017), our sports center for discharged physical activity organized a sports and recreation section of throwing of darts. The purpose of teaching the discipline “Physical education of throwing of darts” is - involving students in practical classes on physical education; learning to play and raising interest in the game; expansion of students creative possibilities, increasing the level of versatility of logical thinking, development of attentiveness, autonomy, discipline. Studying the course involves solving some problems (to teach students to play training and official throwing of darts games, adhere to the rules, to form skills to plan own actions, to develop tactics and strategy of actions); abilities (possession of basic racks and holding a dart, aiming technique and throwing darts in combination with breathing); knowledge (history of darts game development in the world and in Ukraine; terminology, basics of game tactics and strategies; basics of organizing and conducting darts competitions; to analyze situations and positions in a gaming environment, as well as to think logically in various unpredictable gaming circumstances. The methodical recommendations of this article may be helpful in organizing the involvement for physical education of students who belong to a special medical group for health reasons or are exempt from physical activity.
