Професійна підготовка майбутніх економістів банківської справи для підприємницької діяльності

Abstract

У ході дисертаційного дослідження встановлено необхідність професійного формування майбутніх фахівців у сфері загальної та прикладної економіки в умовах глобалізації. Розроблено структурно-логічну схему соціально-економічного замовлення на підготовку майбутніх економістів банківської справи для підприємницької діяльності (за сферами працевлаштування). Встановлено специфіку професійної підготовки майбутніх економістів банківської справи для підприємницької діяльності як складний науково-методологічний комплекс організації освітньо-наукового процесу обумовлений семантикою: цільового призначення ЗВО у типах організації, видах спрямування та на рівнях організаційно-управлінської взаємодії з партнерами (внутрішніми та зовнішніми); особливостей задоволення соціо- економічного попиту суспільства та галузей за економічними видами діяльності у банківському обслуговуванні підприємців в різних функціональних та структурно-організаційних категоріях. Здійснено системний аналіз підходів та принципів організації професійної підготовки майбутніх економістів банківської справи з компетентностями для підприємницької діяльності. Розроблено методику організації освітньо-наукового процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх економістів банківської справи для підприємницької діяльності та науково обґрунтовано у триаді трактування: як система синхронізованих методів: організації процесу підготовки – організаційно- розпорядчі, адміністративні; за видами діяльності – пізнавально-діяльнісні, наукові методи аналізу; засобів; форм – за дидактичною метою, за місцем провадження, за комплектацією здобувачів освіти. Розроблено модель організації освітньо-наукового процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх економістів банківської справи для підприємницької діяльності, що включає компоненти: організаційно-цільовий, методично-організаційний, змістовно- методологічно-дидактичний та результативний. Результати експериментального дослідження підтвердили ефективність запропонованої методики та моделі.

The dissertation contains a study of the traditional vision of professional training of economists in banking to form mechanisms and principles in the criteria and indicators of economic security. Modern approaches (cognitive-activity, situational, scenario, approach to poverty measurement and reduction, managerial decision-making, program-target) and principles (information-activity, scientific knowledge, quality management, rational organization of management, program development) are revealed. The importance of efficient effectiveness of the above approaches is established, which provides the solution of target tasks: determination of theoretical and methodical bases of professional training of economists; characteristics of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of pedagogical research, specifics, approaches and principles of professional training; development of methods of organization of professional training. The structure and content of the research problem is also shaped; it is, namely: theoretical and methodological principles of training future economists for the effective implementation of banking (conceptual and categorical apparatus of the problem of scientific pedagogical knowledge of the needs of professional training of future economists with competencies for entrepreneurship; specifics of professional training of student economist for business activities, systematic analysis of approaches and principles of organization of the system of professional training of future banking economists with competencies for business activities), methods of organizing the educational and scientific process of professional training of future banking economists for business activities (architectonics of professional training of future banking economists with competencies for entrepreneurial activity, methodological content of professional training of future banking economists with business competencies; technologies of professional training of future banking economists with competencies for entrepreneurial activity), substantiation, development and verification of the projected model of organization of the process of professional training of future banking economists with competencies for entrepreneurial activity (structural and organizational components of professional economists activities in the field of banking; the effectiveness of the architecture of structural and organizational principles to ensure the formation of competencies for entrepreneurial activities in applicants-economists for banking; expert evaluation of the projected model of training future economists of banking for entrepreneurship). The study substantiates the problem of professional training of future banking economists for entrepreneurial activity in stages (theoretical and methodical bases of training of future economists for effective realization of banking; method of organization of professional training of future banking economists for entrepreneurial activity; substantiation, development and verification of design model of professional process economists of banking with business competencies) research to achieve the goal is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations, developed and experimentally tested models and methods of organizing the educational and scientific process of training future economists. The structural and logical scheme of the social and economic order for preparation of future economists of banking for business activity is developed. The socio-economic conditions of safety of professional training of highly qualified economists are substantiated and visualized. The efficiency of the methodology of organization of educational and scientific process of professional training of future banking economists for entrepreneurial activity is analyzed. The model of organization of educational and scientific process of professional training of future economists of banking for entrepreneurship is theoretically substantiated and designed. The projected model of organization of educational and scientific process of professional training of future banking economists with competencies for entrepreneurial activity is verified.
