Українські освітньо-реабілітаційні заклади: науково-дослідний аспект

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано історію становлення українського освітньо-реабілітаційного напряму організації, змісту та процесу допомоги дітям із психофізичними порушеннями. Автор зробила окрему підбірку наукових досягнень провідних вчених України, їх оригінальних думок, концепцій, методів та методик та характеризує і підкреслює значення кожного дослідження та практичного досвіду для розвитку освітньо-реабілітаційних закладів. Представлено підбірку інноваційної роботи таких закладів в яких навчаються та виховуються учні різних нозологій, в тому числі з інтелектуальними, аутистичними, мовленнєвими, сенсорними та кінестетичними порушеннями. В статті червоною лінією підкреслюється формування значимості освітньо-реабілітаційної роботи в рамках системного підходу та впливу на всі структури розвитку особистості учня з особливими освітніми потребами. Система розглядається як комплексна структура, компонентами якої являються діагностика, освіта, виховання, лікування, психокорекція, психологічна та фізична реабілітація, профорієнтація.

В статье представлено результаты теоретического анализа становления образовательно-реабилитационного направления: организация целей, принципов, процессов содержания, структуры методов, методик, приёмов коррекционной работы в современной Украине. Автор характеризует и подчёркивает значение каждого исследования или практического опыта для развития образовательно-реабилитационных учреждений. Представлено подборку инноваций работы таких учреждений в которых обучаются и воспитываются ученики различных нозологий, в частности с интеллектуальными, аутистическими, речевыми, сенсорными и кинестетическими нарушениями. В статье красной нитью подчёркивается значимость формирования образовательно-реабилитационной работе в рамках системного подхода и влияния на все структуры развития личности ученика с особенными образовательными потребностями. Система рассматривается как комплексная структура, компонентами которой являются диагностика, обучение, воспитание, лечение, психокоррекция, психологическая и физическая реабилитация, профориентация.

The article analyzes the history of the modern Ukrainian educational and rehabilitation trend of organization, content and process of helping children with psychophysical disorders. The author provides a selection of scientific achievements of leading Ukrainian scientists, their original thoughts, concepts, methods, methodologies and techniques of educational and remedial activity. The significance of each research and practical experience for the development of educational and rehabilitation institutions is characterized and emphasized. Indicators and criteria of innovative work are presented for such institutions which educate students with different nosologies, including intellectual, autistic, speech, sensory and kinesthetic disorders. The article emphasizes the necessity to form the idea of importance of educational and rehabilitation work within the systematic approach framework and its influence on all subsystems of personality development of students with special educational needs. The author points out that the researchers have identified the conceptual, structural and abstract components of the educational and rehabilitation system, which made it possible for Ukrainian scientists to provide a logical basis for a multifunctional model of ensuring synchronization of learning, training and rehabilitation as a holistic, continuous and gradual process. It is noted that the versatalityof the proposed system is due to its effectiveness for people with different age, educational, physical and rehabilitative (O. Hloba, M. Yefymenko, A. Shevtsov), speech (S. Konopliasta, V. Tarasun, M. Sheremet), sensory (E. Synova, S. Fedorenko) peculiarities, disorders of the autism spectrum (K. Ostrovska, D. Shulzhenko) and other nosological features (V. Bondar, V. Bystrova, S. Myronova, V. Synov). In addition, the versatility of the author's system is considered from the standpoint of its methodological (V. Nechyporenko, A. Shevtsov, M. Sheremet) as well as its educational and professional aspects (T. Dehtiarenko, V. Nechyporenko). The system is considered as a complex structure whose components include diagnostics, education, training, treatment, psychological correction, psychological and physical rehabilitation, as well as vocational guidance. These areas of research are characterized by a common index of work of educational and rehabilitation institutions, which is to ensure organizational, material, psychological and pedagogical, physiotherapeutic, psychotherapeutic and psycho-correctional conditions providing continuity in the implementation of diagnostic, correction-developmental and vocational guidance process at all ages, on condition that all psychological functions of a child's development as well as his/her interpersonal interaction are influenced. This leads to optimization of the professional socialization process for people with psychophysical disorders. The most important indicator of this system’s efficiency is the increase in the number of graduates who have continued their studies or work and have eventually received positive feedback from employers.
