Теоретичні і методичні засади професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту до рекреаційно-оздоровчої діяльності

Abstract

Вперше науково обґрунтовано теоретичні і методичні засади професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту до рекреаційно- оздоровчої діяльності. Розроблено та експериментально перевірено систему професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту до рекреаційно-оздоровчої діяльності, що увібрала концепцію, цільовий, теоретико-методологічний, змістовий, організаційно-процесуальний та критеріально-оцінювальний блоки, які презентовані у вигляді моделі, навчально-методичне забезпечення та педагогічні умови такої підготовки (змістове наповнення професійно орієнтованих дисциплін із урахуванням специфіки рекреаційно-оздоровчої діяльності; забезпечення професійної підготовки активними методами навчання, сучасними інформаційно- комунікаційними технологіями та суб’єкт-суб’єктною взаємодією викладачів і студентів; інтеграція теоретичної, практичної та науково-дослідної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту в процесі проведення практик та організації науково-дослідної роботи студентів). Представлено авторське трактування понять «професійна підготовка майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту до рекреаційно-оздоровчої діяльності» та «готовність майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання та спорту до рекреаційно-оздоровчої діяльності».

Впервые научно обоснованы теоретические и методические основы профессиональной подготовки будущих специалистов по физическому воспитанию и спорту в рекреационно-оздоровительной деятельности. Разработана и экспериментально проверена система профессиональной подготовки будущих специалистов по физическому воспитанию и спорту в рекреационно-оздоровительной деятельности, вобравшая концепцию, целевой, теоретико-методологический, содержательный, организационно- процессуальный и критериально-оценочный блоки, которые представлены в виде модели, учебно-методическое обеспечение и педагогические условия такой подготовки (содержательное наполнение профессионально ориентированных дисциплин с учетом специфики рекреационно- оздоровительной деятельности, обеспечение профессиональной подготовки активными методами обучения, современными информационно- коммуникационными технологиями и субъект-субъектным взаимодействием преподавателей и студентов; интеграция теоретической, практической и научно-исследовательской подготовки будущих специалистов по физическому воспитанию и спорту в процессе проведения практик и организации научно- исследовательской работы студентов). Представлены авторские трактовки понятий «профессиональная подготовка будущих специалистов по физическому воспитанию и спорту к рекреационно-оздоровительной деятельности» и «готовность будущих специалистов по физическому воспитанию и спорту к рекреационно- оздоровительной деятельности».

For the first time, theoretical and methodical principles of professional training of prospective specialists in physical education and sports for recreational and health- related activities were scientifically substantiated. It was developed and experimentally tested the system of professional training of prospective specialists in physical education and sport for recreational and health-related activities, which includes the concept, target, theoretical and methodological, organizational and procedural, and criterion-evaluation blocks, presented in the form of a model; educational and methodical provision and pedagogical conditions for such training (content of professionally oriented disciplines taking into account the specifics of recreational and health-related activities; provision of professional training by active methods of teaching, modern information and communication technologies and subject-to-subject interaction of teachers and students; integration of theoretical, practical and research training of prospective specialists in physical education and sports in the process of conducting practices and organizing students’ research work). The author's interpretation of the concepts of «professional training of prospective specialists in physical education and sports for recreational and health- related activities» and «readiness of prospective specialists in physical education and sports for recreational and health-related activities» is presented. Professional training of prospective specialists in physical education and sports for recreational and health-related activities is considered as a purposeful process of educational, methodological, scientific and innovative activity at higher education institutions, which provides students with the qualifications necessary for the effective organization of motor activity of people in order to meet their needs in active recreation, improvement, restoration of physical, psychic and spiritual health during free and specially dedicated time. The readiness of prospective specialists in physical education and sports for recreation and health-related activities is considered as a complex personal formation, an integrated quality of the personality which is characterized by qualitative performance of professional tasks, a desire for self-improvement and enrichment of personal experience in the organization of activities and leisure of people, their free time and socio-cultural development, receiving satisfaction from the process of performing physical exercises for the purpose of work capacity restoration, strengthening and improving of health. Theoretically, structural components of readiness (motivational-value, cognitive, procedural, and emotional-volitional) of prospective specialists in physical education and sports for recreational and health-related activities are substantiated. The criteria (motivational, cognitive, activity and personality), indicators and levels (low, medium, high) of the future specialists of physical education and sports for recreation and health-related activities are specified in the paper; the content of training of physical culture personnel for recreation and health-related activities in Poland, Germany, Lithuania and Norway have been studied in the paper. The content of the disciplines «Health-Related Physical Culture», «Modern Technologies in Health-Related Physical Education», «Physical Recreation» and «Organization of Recreational and Health-Related Activity» is improved; the use of modern information and communication technologies in pedagogical diagnostics of the readiness level of prospective specialists in physical education and sports for recreational and health-related activities; a professiogram of a specialist in physical education and sports, taking into account employers' inquiries regarding the effective implementation of recreational and health-related activities. Scientific issues on the organization of the training of prospective specialists in physical education and sports in the context of the modern paradigm of higher education have gained further development. The results of the pedagogical experiment indicate that there were statistically significant changes in the experimental group students’ readiness formation level for recreation and health-related activities in comparison with the control group students’ readiness formation level for recreation and health-related activities, which testifies to the effectiveness of the developed system of professional training of future specialists in physical education and sports to recreation and health-related activities.
