Міжнародні зв'язки профспілок України у 20-х-30-х рр. ХХ ст.

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено характеристиці міжнародних зв’язків профспілок України у 20-х – 30-х рр. ХХ ст. На основі всебічного аналізу широкого кола архівних матеріалів, історіографії, статистичних джерел та наукових публікацій у роботі зроблено спробу комплексного вивчення різних напрямів міжнародних зв’язків профспілок України у міжвоєнний період. Проаналізовано діяльність галузевих профспілок по прийому зарубіжних робітничих делегацій та роботі серед іноземних робітників. У дисертації охарактеризовано міжнародні акції солідарності, в яких профспілки брали участь, та прокомуністичні об’єднання, з якими вони співпрацювали. Зроблено висновок про жорстку підпорядкованість профспілкових організацій центру та підконтрольність партії, що призвело до пріоритетів державного керівництва над міжнародною діяльністю профспілок. Проводиться думка, що радянська влада через профспілкові організації проводила фінансування зарубіжних акцій протесту, які були спрямовані на підрив та дискримінацію урядів зарубіжних країнах. Підтримуючи боротьбу зарубіжного пролетаріату та лівоцентристських сил за кращі умови життя та встановлення прокомуністичних урядів у своїх державах, Радянський Союз намагався перетворити цю боротьбу у світову пролетарську революцію.

The thesis is devoted to the international relations of trade unions of Ukraine in the 20-ies–30-ies of the XX century. It covered on the basis of modern vision the control mechanism of the Soviet party structures on trade unions of Ukraine, the factors that shaped the structure of the relationship of Ukrainian and foreign professional associations. International relations of trade unions of Ukraine in the interwar period, are little studied by Ukrainian researchers, and all previous attempts to study this topic have been carried out during the Soviet era. Also, the study of this subject neutralized dogmatic stereotypes, excessive politicization of historical science. Works on this issue were written mainly in the historical-party line, which is characterized by a detailed selection of facts, supported by the ideology of the idea of proletarian internationalism and concealment of negative aspects. On the basis of scientific works and sources the historiography of international relations of trade unions of Ukraine in the interwar period is comprehensively investigated in the thesis. The propaganda role of a number of studies of Soviet scientists in this topic was covered, objectively holistic picture of the international activities of Soviet trade unions in the 1920s-1930s of the XX century was created. Modern methods of research and study of new problems of this topic by Ukrainian historians were shown. The source base of the work is a wide range of sources that are diverse in origin and content. The first group of sources consists of unpublished materials of the Ukrainian archives. In the thesis the documents of Central State Archives of Supreme Bodies of Power and Administration of Ukraine (CSASB of Ukraine), the Central State Archive of Public Associations of Ukraine (CSAPA of Ukraine), the State Archive of Vinnytsia region (SAVR), the State Archive of Kyiv region (SAKR), the State Archive of Chernigov region (SACR), the State Archive of the Dnipropetrovsk region (SADR) were used. In the process of thesis research, depending on the nature of the presentation of the material, general scientific and special historical principles and methods were widely used. During the work the author adhered to the principles of historicism and scientific objectivity. The following historical methods were used in the thesis: problem-chronological, comparative-historical, comparative-typological, historical- psychological, synchronous analysis. Comparative-typological and problem- chronological methods allowed to define the place of trade unions of the USSR in the general system of government of the Soviet Union, to highlight the different stages of the international activities of trade unions and their changing significance in the management of public processes, to trace the process of transformation of conducting independent foreign policy with trade unions of Ukraine during the 20-ies-30-ies of the XX century. The formation of trade unions in Ukraine, considered their transformation under the influence of Soviet power, characterized by the formation of the first trade Union centers in Ukraine, getting them under the influence of the Soviet leadership was analyzed.

Диссертация посвящена характеристике международных связей профсоюзов Украины в 20-х – 30-х гг. ХХ в. На основе всестороннего анализа широкого круга архивных материалов, историографии, статистических источников и научных публикаций в работе предпринята попытка комплексного изучения различных направлений международных связей профсоюзов Украины в межвоенный период. Проанализирована деятельность отраслевых профсоюзов по приему зарубежных рабочих делегаций и работе среди иностранных рабочих. В диссертации охарактеризованы международные акции солидарности в которых профсоюзы участвовали и прокоммунистические объединения, с которыми они сотрудничали. Сделан вывод о жесткой подчиненности профсоюзных организаций центру и подконтрольность партии, что привело к приоритетам государственного руководства над международной деятельностью профсоюзов.
