У статті розглядається проблема підготовки майбутніх учителів музики до керівництва вокально-хоровими колективами учнівської молоді. Здійснено аналіз науково-педагогічної літератури з метою обґрунтування методичних основ дослідження з позицій управлінської координації мистецького процесу. Представлено основні підходи до підготовки майбутніх учителів музики до керівництва вокально-хоровими колективами учнівської молоді, з’ясовано ключові ознаки
управлінської діяльності, визначено функції керівника вокально-хорового колективу. Узгоджено подальші напрямки
дослідження заявленого наукового завдання.
The article deals with the problem of preparing future music teachers for guidance of vocal and choral groups of pupils'
youth. The author's view is that pedagogical activity involves the achievement of certain goals, the realization of which is possible
only with the coordination of the educational process by the teacher, the identification of sufficient and necessary conditions for decision-making, the decision-making process itself, as well as the forms and methods of organization and control of its course and performance. In this dimension, vocal-choral training of future music teachers at the faculties of the arts of pedagogical universities is no exception. The analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature is carried out with the aim of substantiating the methodological foundations of the research from the point of view of the managerial coordination of the artistic process. As a result, it is proved that the scale of the tasks facing the head of the artistic group requires the formation of students during vocal-choral training of readiness for planning, organization, motivation, goal-setting, control, communication management, support of the activity regime, implementation of programs and goals for achieving a productive creative goal. The concept of "leadership" and "management" is agreed in the work; it is proved that pedagogical management technologies are characterized by adaptation to different learning conditions, while preserving the goal-setting strategy, namely: systematic; manufacturability; manageable learning process; efficiency; performance, ability to develop and improve.
The basic approaches to the preparation of future music teachers for the management of vocal and choral groups of pupils'
youth are presented, namely: synergetic, axiological, competence, communicative-constructive, activity-creative, analyticalinformational. The key signs of management activity, including the whole laying, subjects of the vocal-choral process, characteristics of the vocal-choral process, support of the mode of life are revealed. The functions of the head of the vocal-choral collective are defined: goal-setting, organizational, prognostic, design, corporate, evaluative, managerial, controlling, creative. The further directions of research of the stated scientific task are agreed upon.
