У статті розглянуто особливості застосування компетентнісного підходу під час викладання дисципліни "Українознавство", наведено приклади вправ і завдань, використання яких сприятиме засвоєнню студентами норм сучасної української літературної мови. Порушено низку актуальних питань, зокрема про україномовне фахове мовлення в умовах білінгвізму.
Introduction. The article deals with the problem of formation of a professional culture speaking to students studying in the specialty "Jurisprudence". It is found out that the high culture of speech of the person determines the perfect possession of the norms of literary language, linguistic mean due to the situations of communication in the professional field.
Purpose. The aim of the work is to highlight the conditions for the development of the professionalism of lawyers, to prove the training of future lawyers in modern conditions of work should provide professionalis; to give examples of exercises and author’s tasks.
Methods the article deals with the peculiarities of the application of the competence approach in the teaching of th e discipline "Ukrainoznavstvo", specifies the peculiarities of the formation of correct speech of future lawyers, examples of exercises and tasks are used, the use of which will help students to master the norms of modern Ukrainian literary language.
Results. The importance of students’ compliance with the norms of Ukrainian literary language will facilitate the use of problematic questions about the communicative importance of observing norms and determining their impact on communication. The issue of Ukrainian-language professional speaking in the context of bilingualism also rises.
Originality. The discipline "Ukrainoznavstvo" gives future lawyers theoretical knowledge about professional communication, its role in professional activity, the basic language norms of professional communication. The individual tasks presented in the article help law students to actualize knowledge of the system of norms of the modern literary language, which is the basis of future professional communication.
Conclusion. The prospects for further research are seen in the clarification of the relationship between abilities, capacities and intellectual skills and definition of pedagogical conditions for the formation of creative abilities in future lawyers.
