dc.description.abstract It is proved that it is necessary to entrepreneurship consider adaptation of employees as the main factor of development in the conditions of crisis phenomena. It is justified on the basis of the proposed theoretical principles of the formation of an organizational mechanism for the development of employees through the separation of the conditions of non-compliance with the specific content of work in the workplace and staff development. The situations (A, B, C) of the employees’ development and the possible variants of the implementation of the mechanism are specified: choice of standard alternatives, problem situation, crisis situation. ua
