У статті висвітлена проблема формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності в умовах
реформування системи освіти України; проаналізовано визначення поняття «здоров’язбережувальна компетентність»;
розглянуто структурні компоненти здоров’язбережувальної компетентності; що набувають учні в результаті занять
хореографією; визначено великий потенціал хореографічної діяльності для формування здоров’язбережувальної
компетентності.
The article reveals the problem
of the formation of healthсare competence under the conditions of the Ukrainian educational system’s reformation. According to the
Concept of New Ukrainian school the competence is a dynamic combination of knowledge, ways of thinking, opinions, values, skills
and other personal qualities which determine the ability of the person provide educational and professional activity. The healthy
lifestyle is among 10 main competences which are the basics of pupil’s self-realization as a personality, sitizen and future
professional.
In the article modern Ukrainian researches of the concept «health care competence» are generalized, such conсepts as
«health», «competence», «competence approach» are defined. From the theoretical analysis we can conclude that the healthcare
competence is a combination of characteristics of the personality the main goal of which is preserving and strengthening of health.
In the article choreography is characterized as an effective way of forming of pupil’s healthcare competence as can
simultaneously solve the problem of the physical, moral, spiritual and social development of the personality. There can be 4
components of healthcare competence formed with the help of choreography activity.
The motivational - cognitive component creates conscious, valuable attitude towards own health and health of others
based on self-expression in the process of choreography; forms the essence of the main components of health and the concept of
"healthy style of life".
The motor component contributes to improving motor abilities, helps to form posture, develops movement culture and
many body functions. For performing dance movements such basic physical qualities as flexibility, strength, endurance, speed,
agility and motor coordination need to be trained.
The social - psychological component makes a great impact on formation of worldview and knowledge of the environment
as dance is associated with different aspects of human life, the historical customs and traditions. The socialization is formed during
dance activity in the dance team or studio. As a member of the team, pupils are actively involved in teamwork, creative and social
activities. Choreography is important for spiritual, aesthetic, and cultural development of personality. As a kind of art сhoreography
gives opportunity to express individual thoughts, emotions and mood with the help of movements.
The behavioral - productive component creates positive motivation for the healthy way of life, forms healthy lifestyle and
conscious attitude to healthcare and culture of health.
So, in the conditions of reforming of Ukrainian education the healthcare competence is taking the priority place in modern
educational process. Choreography as unique synthesis of physical culture and art has a great potential for forming healthcare
competence for children and youth providing harmonious and comprehensive development of personality.
