У статті вказано, що на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства вища фізкультурна освіта покликана
забезпечити підготовку кваліфікованих фітнес-тренерів відповідного рівня і профілю, компетентних і відповідальних,
соціально і професійно мобільних, здатних до ефективної роботи на рівні світових стандартів, які існують у фітнес-
індустрії. Автором теоретично обґрунтовано структуру готовності майбутніх фітнес-тренерів до професійної
діяльності у фітнес-індустрії.

readiness of future trainers of fitness to professional activity in , fitness-industry is an integral process, that in accordance with
educational degrees a «bachelor» and degree «master's» come true in higher educational with the aim of receipt of qualification, that
will allow to them effectively to render the services, orientated on application of facilities of fitness with the aim of making healthy of
citizens, effective development them motive capabilities during realization of the specially organized program fitness or achievement
corresponding morfofunctional standard for successful performance on sport competition, students.
The motivational-axiological component covers the value orientations, motives, and the needs of future fitness coaches,
which predetermine the successful pursuit of their professional activity in the fitness industry. The smart component of readiness
ensures that future fitness trainers acquire the knowledge necessary for professional fitness in the fitness industry. The procedural
component of readiness is determined by the degree of mastery of the skills and abilities of effective activity. The personal
component of readiness characterizes the formation of the necessary for the successful conduct of the pedagogical activity of
professional-personal qualities: creativity, assertiveness. The reflexive readiness component reflects the ability to analyze and
evaluate the results of their activities and fitness for fitness in the fitness industry.
