У статті обґрунтовано особливості фізичної реабілітації чоловіків 30-40 років з інфарктом міокарду на
стаціонарному етапі.
The modern way of life is characterized by high neuropsychic tension, and raises high demands
on cardiovascular system by excessive stress. Despite apparent advances of modern medicine, diseases of cardiovascular system
are very common and the most serious. A top position among this pathology belongs to coronary heart disease and its complication
– myocardial infarction. This disease typically attacks men in the prime of life and capacity.
Activation of patients with the myocardial infarction by means of physical rehabilitation allows to improve their functional
state. Scientific researches suggest a possibility to increase work capacity of such patients by inclusion of remedial gymnastics in the
rehabilitation program. But nevertheless, in available literature we did not find clear data on application of tools and methods of
physical rehabilitation at the stationary stage.
The analysis of scientific literature showed that today a physical rehabilitation of patients with the myocardial infarction is a
topical subject-matter and a key issue in patients’ recovery and social adaptation. Thus, the purpose of the research was to develop
and reveal the efficiency of a physical rehabilitation program for male patients of 30-40 years old with the myocardial infarction at the
stationary stage.
Based on our findings at the stage of ascertaining experiment, we developed a program of physical rehabilitation for
myocardial infarction disease patients at the sanatory stage, which included: remedial gymnastics in the form of combined developing exercises, respiratory, isometric and dynamic exercises, massotherapy (classic, segmentary-reflex), physiotherapy,
muscle electrostimulation.
The main tasks of physical rehabilitation were: facilitation of work of cardiovascular system, optimization of work of
respiratory system, repair of biomechanics of external respiration, improving of physical capacity; increase of functionality of
cardiorespiratory system: achievement of independent living skills of patients, their adaptation for life and professional conditions of
different intensity, secondary prophylaxis, improvement of mental status of patients.
