У статті узагальнено і представлено матеріал теоретичних та методичних основ навчання технологій
оздоровчої спрямованості в системі фізичного виховання студентів у вищих навчальних закладах. Визначено вимоги,
яким повинні відповідати сучасні фізкультурно-оздоровчі технології, що розробляються у ВНЗ. Розкрито принципи та
шляхи реалізації основних фізкультурно-оздоровчих методів.
This article summarizes and presents theoretical and methodological foundations of
wellness orientation learning technologies in the system of physical training of students in higher education.
Requirements to be met by modern sports and wellness technologies, which are developed in universities, are defined.
Principles and ways to implement basic fitness techniques are revealed.
Physical education in the educational sphere of higher education, as a part of the general education system provides
foundation and development of health, integrated approach to the formation of mental and physical qualities of personality,
improvement of physical performance in active life and future professional activities on the basis of individual approach, priority of
wellness orientation and studies process optimization using various means and forms of physical perfection.
In the meantime, optimum level of efficiency of the human body yet not determined, because there are no appropriate
standards for its evaluation. In this regard, an important objective for students is to develop standards of "dynamic" health and
performance of the young person, which would help to establish the extent to which level in each separate case it is possible to
increase individual components of physical efficiency.
The main tasks of the higher education institutions as public institutions are: support of problem solving and timely
correction of the health level, and respectively, creating an atmosphere of health maintenance system of their training and education,
providing social, psychological and physical-health care.
Physical education of students in modern society should define new approaches to identity personality formation. Motor
activity in sports and recreational activities - a prerequisite for the harmonious development of students, providing purposeful
influence of the exercise on the body of a young person considering his needs.
