Запропоновано поновити диференційований залік у студентів НПУ імені М.П. Драгоманова для оцінювання
знань, умінь і навичок з фізичної культури. Також запропонована система оцінювання впливу фізичних навантажень на
організм студентів, що займаються самостійно, з проведенням тестування функціонального стану серцево-судинної
системи, функціонального стану дихальної системи, оцінки працездатності серця при фізичному навантаженні.
It is suggested to restore the differential credit for the students of National Pedagogical
Dragomanov University for assessing knowledge, attainments and skills in physical education.
There is also proposed a system for assessing the effect of physical exertion on the body of students, who practice
independently, with testing of the functional state of the cardiovascular system, the functional state of the respiratory system, and
evaluation of the heart's ability to function under physical stress.
It is necessary to conduct qualities, elaborative reforms in the sphere of physical education, first of all in school, for the
formation of children's knowledge about the effective influence of physical exercises on maintaining and strengthening of health, the
possibility of satisfying their own social needs in communication in the course of systematic studies, self-improvement, selfexpression
of personality, the organization of active rest.
It’s needed to introduce in the course of the academic discipline "Physical education" a lecture course that will help to give
that knowledge to scholars and students which will become a powerful motivation for physical culture practicing. Then you do not
have to spend credits in universities.
