У статті розглянуто концептуальні положення щодо змісту та організації вищої освіти викладачів з фізичного
виховання. Охарактеризовано необхідність всебічного і гармонійного фізичного розвитку особистості протягом
навчання у вузі. Сформовані основні цілі завдання для розвитку конкурентоспроможного випускника вищого навчального
закладу з спеціальності фізичне виховання.
Currently, modernization of modern higher education in Ukraine is carried out in the direction of integration, democratization and
humanization. The focus on the development and implementation of promising models for the organization of effective training of
future specialists in higher educational institutions is conditioned by the requirements and needs of modern society. The theoretical
analysis of scientific sources showed the relevance of the problem of training future prospective specialists in physical education for
professional work in higher educational institutions in the theoretical and practical aspects. The purpose of the article is to analyze
the existing difficulties in the training of future specialists in physical culture and to consider the directions of innovative technologies
in the process of professional training of competitive teachers in the labor market of Ukraine. The analysis of literary sources has
shown that the professional training of a competitive teacher of physical education is a process that reflects the specificity of
professional training at the level of assimilation of the system of knowledge, skills, skills and personality formation. A special place in
the physical education of a competitive specialist occupy specific tasks expressed by specific functions and the direction of physical
education of students. The formation of the goals and objectives of physical education of students reflects the orientation of this
pedagogical process on the development of qualities that ensure the competitiveness of the individual, including the preservation
and strengthening of human health. Conclusions and suggestions. Found resources of physical education for the development of
personal competitiveness of students in the labor market while preserving and strengthening their health should be implemented
within the process of physical culture and health support. The specific nature of these resources makes it possible to choose the
means, methods, forms of physical education for the improvement of specific indicators of competitiveness in the labor mark.
