Проаналізовано та узагальнено досвід розвитку cheerleading в Україні, розглянута класифікація змагальних
програм cheerleading, яка має розгалужену систему, а також формує інтерес молоді до відвідування занять з фізичного
виховання. Розкрито структуру змагальної програми, схарактеризовано два основні види програм: чер і данс. Cheer-
програма містить акробатичні елементи, станти, піраміди, стрибки, кричалки, плакати, помпони та інші засоби, що
закликають глядачів підтримувати команди. Данс-програма будується в основному, на елементах різних танцювальних
стилів (джазу, фанку, хіп-хопу, рок-н-ролу, твісту та ін.), з використанням піруетів, стрибків, шпагатів та ін. (без
кричалок і акробатики).
The article analyzes and summarizes the experience of the educational work of
higher educational institutions, aimed at forming the interest of student youth in physical education. The essence, components and
principles of cheerleading in the channel of formation of physical culture of the personality of students in the process of physical
education are determined. Cheerleading in all forms of its activity contributes to the unilateral development of the personality of
students, to the overall improvement of their organism. Strengthening of physical and spiritual forces, education of aesthetic taste,
acquisition of skills of independent activity, formation of interest to a healthy way of life. The structure of the competitive program is
disclosed, two main types of programs are characterized: cheer and dance. The cheer-program contains acrobatic elements, stunts,
pyramids, jumps, chants, posters, pompons and other means calling spectators to support teams. Motions are one of the easiest
skills for cheerleaders to perfect, but they are often overlooked in favor of more difficult skills, such as stunts. Cheerleaders with
strong motion technique (the components that make up each individual movement) can improve the look of any cheer, chant, dance,
jump, or stunt. Motions are important not only when cheering in front of a crowd; they're also crucial during tryouts and competitions,
judges look for cheerleaders with sharp motions at the correct levels.
For fun variations, add body positions, dance moves, level changes, and ripples. This is a good drill to help cheerleaders
practice hitting motions during dances or pomp routines, which are situations in which motions tend to be sloppy. Cheerleaders can
enhance their motion technique. Motion technique is one of the easiest skills to refine and with practice, motions will improve.
Motions should be executed in practice the same way they will be performed with perfection. Through continuous training of proper
motion technique, hitting motions sharply and correctly becomes second nature, allowing cheerleaders to concentrate on other skills.
Strong motion technique affects the overall impact of every cheerleading skill. The system of exercises of cheerleading can be used both during the mandatory training of students in physical education.
