The urgency of the problem of physical rehabilitation of children with chronic bronchitis is due to the
prevalence of this pathology, the possible negative consequences for the child's health in later life. This puts forward the tasks
connected with the implementation of a complex of physical rehabilitation and rehabilitation measures, to the group of the most
important medical and social problems. Despite the availability of a number of sources of information and developments by individual
authors, the problem of the integrated use of various physical rehabilitation means for restoring the health of this contingent of
children at different stages of physical rehabilitation remains unclear.
The purpose and objectives of the study were to substantiate the modern approaches to the physical rehabilitation of
children 6-7 years old with chronic bronchitis in the post-hospital period. As a result of our research, we have substantiated and
identified a complex of modern approaches to the physical rehabilitation of children 6-7 years old with chronic bronchitis in the post-hospital period. Despite the fact that the need for the functioning of the system of physical rehabilitation in chronic diseases of the
broncho-pulmonary system is realized by many clinicians and scientists, it still has not completely taken shape to date.
An analysis of the views on the system of physical rehabilitation of children aged 6-7 years with chronic bronchitis allowed
us to determine that a significant number of researchers emphasized the need for the use of natural remedies. However, it has been
determined that in the world practice of respiratory rehabilitation, as well as in author's studies, insufficient attention is paid to the
problem of constructing complex programs of physical rehabilitation of children of primary school age with chronic bronchitis covering
various conditions in which the rehabilitation process of a given contingent of children can be carried out. , and would involve a wide
range of tools (traditional and non-traditional) to achieve the most significant results.
