інновацій у галузі фізичної культури та спорту шляхом структурування та розробки типології організаційно-

The article discusses the formation of a systematic approach to the application of
organizational and managerial innovations in the field of physical culture and sports by structuring and developing a typology of
organizational, managerial and strategic innovations.
The branch of physical culture and sports develops along with socio-cultural transformations, dominant ideologies and
certain values of society. Therefore, this is a very complex system, where one of its properties is conclusive in that it represents a
multi-level structure of special physical culture state and non-state institutions and public associations. To date, due to the transition
to a decentralized form of management, and the related redistribution of organizational and managerial powers, there is a certain
organizational and managerial imbalance of the system. The interaction of branch institutions and associations is ineffective; there
are many problems with the justification of the methodology of decision-making. The lack of a sound management concept does not
allow the industry to realize its social functions. In the context of social management, the vision of a branch requires a new approach
to choosing a strategy for social regulation of the physical culture and sport sector, and developing a new paradigm of social
governance.
The analysis of scientific research indicates the need to review the established stereotypes of managerial thinking and the
transition to new forms and methods of management, which would be oriented exclusively on the innovative type of development,
since the emergence and implementation of innovation put forward the relevant requirements for the management system of the
physical culture and sports. Only at this level it is possible to really ensure the efficient functioning of the industry. Therefore, we
consider it relevant and timely to study the formation of a systematic approach to the use of organizational and managerial
innovations in the field of physical culture and sports by structuring and developing the typology of organizational, managerial and
strategic innovations in the industry.
