У статті розглядається проблема організації самостійної роботи майбутніх документознавців з метою формування їх комунікативної компетентності, подано визначення поняття "інформатизація суспільства" та "інформаційні технології", проаналізовано самостійну роботу як важливий складник самоосвіти майбутнього фахівця, виокремлено основні вимоги до самостійної роботи студентів з інформацією, представлено види, типи та етапи самостійної роботи як однієї з моделей роботи з інформацією.
В статье рассматривается проблема организации самостоятельной работы будущих документоведов с целью формирования их коммуникативной компетентности; даны определения понятиям "информатизация общества" и "информационные технологии", проанализирована самостоятельная работа как важнейшая составляющая самообразования будущего специалиста, выделены основные требования к самостоятельной работе студентов с информацией, представлены виды, типы и этапы самостоятельной работы как одной из моделей работы с информацией.
In article the problem of the organization of independent work of future specialists in document science and information activities for forming of their communicative competence is considered.
Definitions are given to the concepts "information" (a method of management), "informatization of society" (core activities in the sphere of social production) and "information technologies" (methods, processes and technical methods of search, handling, preserving, distribution, use of information for the benefit of the user). The attention is paid to indicators of quality of education of future experts in document science and information activities. Researches and publications on a problem of forming of communicative competence are analysed. Article purpose – to research the organization of independent work of future specialists in document science and information activities for forming of their communicative competence is created.
Necessary professional requirements to the personality, important qualities of the expert (diligence, punctuality, critical thinking, decency, kindness, honesty, humanity, tolerance, empathy) are specified. Independent work as the most important component of self-education of future expert is analysed. The main requirements to independent work of students with information in libraries, archives, the museums are selected (understanding of the purpose of independent work with information; existence of abilities; existence of interest, motivation of performance of independent work; the maximum activity during independent work; development of informative abilities; initiative, creative thinking). Are presented: 1) types of independent work (independent work behind the organization place, independent work behind the purpose of the organization, independent work after way of the organization); 2) types of independent work (reproductive, reconstructive and variable, heuristic, creative); 3) stages of independent work (understanding of the purpose and tasks, information search, planning of independent work, determination of the necessary skills and abilities, accomplishment and registration of independent work, самоаналіз and self-assessment, preparation for a performance).
