Спортивно-технічна підготовка юних футболістів на тренуваннях

Abstract

У статті представлені результати теоретичного дослідження проблеми спортивно-технічної підготовки юних футболістів на тренуваннях. Визначено особливості використання даного досвіду у тренерських методиках і перспективи подальшого дослідження технічної підготовки футболістів.

In the article the author presents the results of the theoretical research of the problem young footballer’ sports and technical training. The author defines the peculiarities of this experience use in coachers’ techniques and the perspectives of further research of footballers’ technical training. In his research the author defines that sports and technical training of footballers is an integral part of the process of professional abilities and skills improvement. A coach must stabilize and systematize the whole programme of trainings for competitions, master the complete basis of all necessary methods to keep players fit for obtaining maximum results. An important aspect in football is competition in the football field. It is directly connected with each footballer’s individual skills. The competition motivates players to improve their abilities both at trainings and in stress situations at the competitions. A coach should be aware of the need to use players’ skills in the football field and to form the game tactics and strategy which will depend on each footballer’s individual qualities. As it was mentioned above, sports and technical training of footballers depends on the detailed systematization and use of all methods by the coach at trainings. An important factor is to draw players’ interest to improve their skills through the individual competition in the team. This problem has an important perspective for future scientists’ development. It is caused by the fact that footballers’ training and improving skills promote the improvement of their results during competitions. That’s why developing and improving coaches’ methods with sport and technical techniques is an integral part. An important factor is to draw players’ interest to improve the game quality. So, at this stage, the research, implementation and development of football as the means of students’ development is still urgent for coaches and teachers (lecturers) and require a wide scientific analysis and systematic studies of the problem.
