В данной статье рассмотрен вопрос использования разных систем, методик, форм, способов и методов начального обучения плаванию. А также возможности их варьирования преподователем с целью повышения эффективности процесса формирования плавательных умений и навыков не умеющих плавать студентов.
In given article considered question of systematization student’s physical culture processing of the high educational institutions not profiled in the sporting education. The authors underlines the importance of systematization process of the students elementary education to swim in view of the fact that quantitative level of students which not know how to swim increase every year. In the article a principal concern is the question of organizations and methods of the lessons with the students of 17-20 years (first year of education), which not know how to swim. The thesis is devoted to the problem of organization and methods of the firsts lessons with the students of 17-20 years not profiled in the physical culture, which not know how to swim. For the problem solving the authors suggests the method of optimization of the students elementary education to swim which need, in the judgment of the authors, the use of the systematical approach as a factor of optimization of the process of the students elementary education to swim. In article is considered question of the choice of the methods with the regard for factor of individual particulars of students which not know how to swim (for example co-ordination aptitudes to swimming motions by lower limbs, typical one of the swim style). Within the framework of systematical approach underlay the categorization on groups is realized on base the utilization and variation of the teacher of different methodic, programs, forms and methods of education to swim. Experimental is proved efficiency of the offered systematical approach of the shaping the swimming skills and skill on occupation on physical education with student youth in high school.
