Abstract: В статье исследуются актуальные вопросы педагогических основ физического воспитания школьников, молодежи и студентов.
В статті досліджуються актуальні питання педагогічних основ фізичного виховання школярів, молоді та студентів.
If we look at questions about influence of moving activities concerning to need as itself we can see that these questions have the following bases: on the one hand it is need permissions; on the other hand it is application of need. Permissions for moving activities are the instructions which a teacher can do basing on psychophysical needs of students as well as on possibilities of physical exercises which are correctly used depending on necessity or need At first it is fight against hypodinamy or against deflections at health; the second variant is rising level of physical preparation that is it is development of physical qualities. At both cases physical load solves the task as concerned to correction and development of morphological and functional pecularities of systems of a human organism at correspondence with worked aged normatives and medicine normatives. For all state educational establishments there are state tests; control normatives at correspondence with it is carried out quantitative and qualitative estimation of physical health state of students. From the pedagogical point of view application of physical exercises with calculation of aged as well as functional differences is the special mastership of a teacher concerning to a determination of their individual effectiveness and positive result. It is actually also because even junior students considerably differ on their physiological and physical parameters. We speak not only about genotype of students but also what kind of forms and means of moving activities are used at family education of students. That is why teacher meets with certain difficulties. If we look at physical culture as a task which requires solving we can see that it is not simple task because there are such positions at educational programm which are not simple. Not all questions which we can solve with the help of physical exercises there are at competition of a teacher. For example a teacher does not meddle in family education as well as at questions which are required help of a doctor.
