Статья посвящена решению научной проблемы самопроектирования
профессионального развития студентами магистратуры в процессе музыкального обучения
в педагогических университетах. Теоретически обоснованы педагогические условия,
реализация Будет способствовать самопроектированию собственного профессионального
развития.
This article is devoted to a problem of selfdesigning of professional development of future
music teachers. In this context self designing is defined as the difficult integrated personal creative
activities of the student directed on self-development and professional self-realization. Theoretically
grounded pedagogical conditions which helps graduate students in the process of music education
to implement effectively self designing of their own professional development. In the article the
following pedagogical conditions are described: ensure the systematic development of professional
self motivation of future professionals in the field of music education, organization pedagogical
coaching of self designing in the process of music education in magistracy, axiologing of
professional self-determination through the increased focus professional education in magistracy,
formation of technological competence of future specialists about self designing of professional
development
