В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с интересом к занятиям физической культурой у студентов технического вуза. Автор подчёркивает, что формирование мотивации к занятиям физической культурой и спортом требует определённых усилий. Показано, что занятия физической культурой и спортом не только влияет на здоровье человека но и на его физическое совершенствование.
У статті розглядаються питання, які пов'язані з інтересом до занять фізичною культурою у студентів технічного вузу. Автор підкреслює, що формування мотивації до занять фізичною культурою і спортом вимагає певних зусиль. Показано, що заняття фізичною культурою і спортом не тільки впливає на здоров'я людини а й на його фізичне вдосконалення.
Understanding negative state as concerned to strengthening health of youth the Supreme Rada of Ukraine has conducted sessions about “Forming healthy mode of life of Ukrainian youth: state of the art, problems and perspectives”; on the basis of these sessions respective recommendations have been received which not fulfill determine tasks on the level of higher educational establishments. These recommendations do not take into account relationships between teachers and students concerning to motivation of strengthening health of students. In one’s turn investigations of Ukrainian scientists prove that an appearance of contradictions between teachers and students concerning to achievement of the same level of motivation to strengthening health of students it is necessary to find at higher educational establishments during organization of learning process. According to data of investigations of specialists on physical education the mean score of theoretical knowledge of students on the subject “Physical education” is 5,56; 61 % of students possesses information about criteria of modern classifications of physical exercises not enough; more than 58 % of students can not clearly explain physiological mechanisms and regularities of improving certain systems of organism under influence directed physical training. Moreover motivating factors have negative influence; these factors reduce a level of motivation of labour of scientific and pedagogical employees at higher educational establishments that it is confirmed by works of Kharkov scientists of Institute of business and management; these scientists with the help of the method “Saati” have determined a passive role of the certain part of teachers at the sphere of scientific activities; formalism during planning a work; estimation of labour on a load but not a quality – it does not promote creating stimulus to mastering progressive methods of teaching as well as a need at search of necessary sources of earning because of low salary of teachers which do not have pedagogical experience etcetera.
