The relevance of education and development of the physical qualities of physical ability appears as a holistic process that combines separate, interconnected aspects of the improvement of the physical nature of man. Principles of education of physical qualities reveal the general provisions on the management of this process; formulate their methodological requirements, based on the laws of the unity of physical abilities and education of physical qualities. However, some characteristics of the present situation of these principles, and the inherent learning motor actions, reflecting a materialistic basis for the unity of training and education. Among the basic principles of education of physical qualities distinguish: the principle of correspondence pedagogical influences the age peculiarities of students, the principle of developing the effect of pedagogical influences, the principle and the principle of the dual impact of variability solutions motor tasks.
