В статье рассмотрены и проанализировано основные проблемы обучения студентов двигательным действиям. Анализировав результаты педагогических наблюдений, делаются выводы, даются рекомендации по улучшению организации работы с физического воспитания студентов.
У статті розглянуто і проаналізовано основні проблеми навчання студентів руховим діям. Проводячи аналіз результати педагогічних спостережень, робляться висновки, даються рекомендації щодо поліпшення організації роботи з фізичного виховання студентів.
The learning is the component of any pedagogical process including physical culture. The learning is carried out when a teacher and a pupil work. The activity of a teacher is teaching and the activity of pupils is studies. The processes of teaching and studies are two special mutual forms of activities in which functions of a teacher and a pupils are strictly delimited. The function of a teacher is the transfer of knowledge, skills as well as guidance by process their learning, development and bringing up pupils. The function of pupils is perception, grasping the meaning, processing knowledge, gaining moving experience. The nuance of learning at physical education is that the main subject is various moving activities. When pupils master these moving activities, knowledge, moving skills are formed which are necessary at all spheres of human activities. The ability of a human to gain knowledge and to master of skills is the ability to learning. Each human has different degree of the ability to learning; one human masters learned moving action quickly but other human masters learned moving action slowly. The ability to learning is stipulated for the following factors: a complication of learned exercise (number of movements and phases, a complication its rhythmical structure of action); moving talent of a person; gained moving experience; sexual parameters; an effectiveness of applied methods of learning and an activeness pupils themselves. Each moving action consists of movements. The moving action is carried out with the help of certain relations of external and internal forces; this leads to change of body position at area and at time. During the process of learning moving activities a human has to master their kinematic, dynamic and rhythmical parameters.
