У статті здійснена спроба обґрунтування ефективних засобів підвищення фізичної підготовленості учнів молодшого шкільного. З’ясовано, що питання, пов’язані з комплексним формуванням фізичної підготовленості дітей молодшого шкільного віку, недостатньо вивчені. Успішне розв’язання означеної проблеми можливе за умови застосування засобів ритміки і хореографії.
В статье предпринята попытка обоснования эффективных средств повышения физической подготовленности учащихся младшего школьного. Выяснено, что вопросы, связанные с комплексным формированием физической подготовленности детей младшего школьного возраста, недостаточно изучены. Успешное решение этой проблемы возможно при условии применения средств ритмики и хореографии.
The article is an attempt to study effective means of improving the physical fitness of students of primary school. It was found that issues related to the integrated education of physical abilities and effective remedies that are essential to improve physical and mental health of children of primary school age not known. Relevance of research is due, on the one hand, the need to direct the physical education of young people to achieve health goals, and the other - imperfect methods of integrated development of physical abilities, which is a prerequisite for good health, adequate levels of physical fitness of children of primary school age.The aim of this work is to study the influence of the features of rhythm and choreography at improving the physical fitness of juniors. Optimization of physical fitness of children of primary school age in our opinion can be effective, provided that this process is a system with many interrelated components - the means, methods and forms of pedagogical influence, whose primary goal is to educate physical abilities. Thus, it was found that in the physical education of children 6-7 years traditionally formed the structure, content and methods of learning, aimed mainly at acquiring specific amount of motor action. Exercise rhythm and choreography applied to our physical education classes with children 6-7 years, contributed to raising the level of physical ability. Exercising in music developed in secondary school children mentally and aesthetic perception, sense of rhythm, music memory and listening, attention, muscular freedom, flexibility and precision movements. They offered dance, imitating movements, jumping, running, outdoor games to music, which in addition to improving physical fitness further contributed to the physical development of children, forming their correct posture, coordination and coordination in space.
