Соціально-комунікативні компетенції викладача

Abstract

Розділ присвячується аналізу комунікативних та соціальних компетенцій викладача вищої школи за матеріалами наукових досліджень і практики педагогічної діяльності. За змістом соціально-комуні-кативні компетенції викладача ВНЗ – це комплекс психологічних новоутво-рень особистості: знання, вміння, алгоритми (моделі) дій, системи цінностей і відносин, які дозволяють викладачеві ефективно виконувати професійні завдання. У структурі соціально-комуніка-тивних компетенцій розрізняють дві ключові групи: компетенції соціаль-ного співробітництва (соціальна складова) та компетенції зв’язку (комунікативна складова). Для реалізації і розвитку соціаль-ного компоненту важливими елемен-тами виступають: аутентифікація особистості, ділові та рольові ігри, структури індивідуальних та групових соціальних ролей тощо. Для реалізації комунікативної компоненти викладач має володіти комунікативною (передача і отри-мання інформації від однієї людини до іншої, спілкування між людьми, засноване на розумінні), інтерактив-ною (співпраця учасників спілку-вання) і перцептивною компетен-ціями (сприйняття, прямого відображення об’єктивної реальності органами почуттів). Серед напрямків розвитку соціально-комунікативних компетен-цій можна відзначити: розширення бази знань і вмінь по відношенню до психології комунікацій, групової динаміки, за допомогою сучасних засобів інтерактивних досліджень; розвиток навичок роздумів та емоційно-психологічного коригуван-ня; розвиток мови та психологічної культури.

The chapter is devoted to the analysis of social-and-communicative competences of a high school teacher based on researches and practical teaching experience. Social-and-communicative compe-tences of university teachers are a complex of new psychological structures of a personality: knowledge, abilities, skills, algorithms and operational methods, systems of value and relationships that allow the teacher effectively perform the professional tasks. In the structure of social-and-communicative competences two key groups are defined: social component (competences for co-operation) and communicative component (compe-tences for interaction). For the implementation and development of the social component, the following elements are important: identity authentication, business and role-playing games, the structure of individual and group social roles, etc. For the implementation of communicative component, teacher must possess communicative skills (transfer and reception of information from one person to another, communication between people based on understanding) interactive ability (cooperation between the participants of communication) and perceptual competences (direct perception and mapping of reality by senses). Among the areas of social-and-communicative skills development the author identifies the next ones: the increasing of knowledge and skills in relation to the communicational psychology, the dynamics of groups, modern interactive research methods and the development of reflection skills and the correction of emotions and psychology; dialogue and development of psychological culture.
