Динаміка неформального лідерства в навчальній групі ПТУ

Abstract

Дисертацію присвячено питанням виникнення, розвитку та функціонування лідерства в навчальній групі ПТУ. Виявлено, що лідерство формується в динаміці розвитку групи і відбиває неформальну структуру міжособистісних відносин учнів. Визначено типи лідерства: інтелектуальний, емоційний, праксичний. Складено психологічні „портрети” лідерів різних типів. Встановлено, що в основі механізму висування в позицію лідера групи лежить процес психологічного ціннісного обміну, порівневе розгортання якого обумовлює динаміку лідерства. Динаміка лідерства тісно пов’язана з загальним поетапним розвитком навчальної групи, найважливішими сферами її життєдіяльності. Розроблена і апробована концептуальна модель структури керівного ядра навчальної групи ПТУ, використання якої дозволяє інженерно-педагогічним працівникам ПТУ поширити діапазон впливу на учнів. Створена система цілеспрямованої роботи з лідерами та іншими членами навчальної групи, з інженерно-педагогічними працівниками та батьками учнів дозволяє: стимулювати активність лідерів, групову згуртованість та задоволеність процесом спілкування; підвищити лідерський потенціал в інтересах формування і розвитку учнівського колективу.

The dissertation is concerned with the questions of appearing, developing and functioning of the leadership in the studying group at Technical School. It is shown that the leadership forms in the dynamics of group forming and reflects the informal structure of the interpersonal relationships. The types of leadership are defined: intellectual, emotional, practical, the psychological portraits of leaders of different types are made up. It is set that in the basis of the mechanism of moving into the position of the leader of the group there is a process of psychological valuable exchange, unfolding of which level by level conditions the dynamics of the leadership. The dynamics of the leaderships closely connected with the general staging development of the students’ group, the most important spheres of their lives. The conceptual model of managing score of the studying group at Technical Schools are developed and tested; the using of which lets the engineering- pedagogical workers of the Technical School extend the diapason of the influence on students. The system of purposeful work with leaders and other members of the studying group with engineering-pedagogical workers and children’s parents is made. It allows to stimulate the activities of the students group joining and satisfaction of the process of study, improve the leader’s potential in the interests of forming and developing students’ group.
