Розвиток координаційних здібностей студенток спеціальної медичної групи в процесі фізичного виховання

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена теоретико-експериментальному обґрунтуванню і розробці методики розвитку координаційних здібностей студенток спеціальної медичної групи для підвищення рівня їхніх рухових можливостей та здоров’я у процесі фізичного виховання. У дослідженні із системних позицій вивчені провідні фактори, показники та взаємозв’язки структури фізичного розвитку і фізичної підготовленості студенток; визначений вплив експериментальної програми на рівень фізичної підготовленості, координаційні здібності, якість керування точнісними рухами різної координаційної структури. Розроблені модельні характеристики і нормативні шкали дозволили підвищити координаційні можливості, фізичну підготовленість, працездатність,резервні можливості моторної системи студентокспеціальної медичної групи, зміцнити їхнє фізичне здоров’я, об’єктивізувати оцінку рухової функції й намітити шляхи її подальшого вдосконалювання з урахуванням нозологічних відхилень.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental substantiation and development of methods of development of the coordination abilities of students of special medical groups to improve their driving opportunities and health in the process of physical education. In the study with the system positions the leading factors, indicators, and the relationship between the structure of physical development and physical training of students; some influence of the experimental program on the level of physical preparedness, coordination abilities, quality of management accuracy movements of different coordination structures. By methodological and organizational approaches in the provision of physical education, the developed model characteristics and normative scale have allowed to increase the coordination capabilities, physical fitness, health, reserve possibilities of the motor system of students of the special medical groups, to strengthen their physical health, objectify assessment of motor function and to determine the ways of its further development with the nosological deviations.
