У статті проаналізовано вплив цифрової трансформації на якість
юридичної освіти в Україні з урахуванням як нових можливостей, так і основних
викликів, пов’язаних із впровадженням цифрових технологій в освітній процес.
Цифровізація стає невіддільною частиною сучасної освіти, і юридична сфера не є
винятком. Висвітлено роль інноваційних інструментів у створенні нового освітнього
середовища, що значно підвищує ефективність, доступність та гнучкість навчання для
здобувачів освіти з різних регіонів. Одним із головних аспектів дослідження є
взаємозв’язок між адаптацією освітніх програм до нових умов цифровізації та
підвищенням цифрової компетентності учасників освітнього процесу. Упровадження
цифрових технологій потребує не лише технічних знань, а й розвитку нових
педагогічних підходів та методик, що забезпечують інтерактивну та ефективну
взаємодію між здобувачами освіти й викладачами. Також значну роль відіграють
інтерактивні освітні ресурси та імітаційні вправи, які створюють можливості для
розвитку практичних навичок здобувачів, зокрема через моделювання судових процесів
та роботу з реальними юридичними ситуаціями. У дослідженні також розглянуто
розвиток правових інформаційних систем, зокрема ЛІГА:ЗАКОН та Єдиного державного
реєстру судових рішень, які сприяють формуванню в здобувачів освіти навичок роботи
з електронними доказами, опануванню принципів електронного судочинства та
підвищенню рівня цифрової грамотності. Важливу роль у цьому процесі відіграє
створення інтегрованих електронних освітніх середовищ, що поєднують навчальні
курси, правові ресурси та інструменти для спілкування, що робить навчання
динамічним і цілісним. Акцентовано на необхідності державної підтримки розвитку
цифрової освіти, зокрема через такі ініціативи, як платформи «Дія. Цифрова освіта» та
інші інструменти, що сприяють інтеграції України в європейський цифровий простір.
Водночас проблема гарантування кібербезпеки та захисту даних залишається важливою для ефективного функціонування цифрових платформ у юридичному секторі. Загалом,
цифрова трансформація створює нові можливості для покращення якості юридичної
освіти в Україні, однак для успішної реалізації цих змін важливі не лише технологічні
інновації, але й стратегічна підтримка держави, а також необхідність розвитку нових
бізнес-моделей і правових норм, які гарантуватимуть безпеку та ефективність роботи в
цифровому середовищі. У статті підкреслено важливість гнучкої адаптації навчальних
планів, інтеграції новітніх технологій у практичну підготовку здобувачів освіти та
розвитку цифрових компетентностей для підготовки висококваліфікованих юристів,
здатних працювати в умовах цифрової ери.
The article analyzes the impact of digital transformation on the quality of
legal education in Ukraine, taking into account both new opportunities and the main challenges
associated with the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process.
Digitalization is becoming an integral part of modern education, and the legal field is no
exception. The article highlights the role of innovative tools in creating a new educational
environment that significantly increases the efficiency, accessibility and flexibility of education
for students from different regions. One of the main aspects of the study is the relationship
between the adaptation of educational programs to the new conditions of digitalization and the
improvement of the digital competence of participants in the educational process. The
introduction of digital technologies requires not only technical knowledge, but also the
development of new pedagogical approaches and methods that ensure interactive and effective
interaction between students and teachers. Interactive educational resources and simulation
exercises also play a significant role, creating opportunities for the development of students'
practical skills, in particular through the modeling of litigation and work with real legal
situations. The study also examines the development of legal information systems, such as
LIGA:ZAKON and the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, which help students develop
skills in working with electronic evidence, mastering the principles of e-discovery, and
increasing digital literacy. An important role in this process is played by the creation of
integrated e-learning environments that combine training courses, legal resources, and
communication tools, making learning dynamic and holistic. The need for state support for the
development of digital education is emphasized, in particular through such initiatives as the
platforms Diia. Digital Education platform and other tools that facilitate Ukraine's integration
into the European digital space. At the same time, the issue of ensuring cybersecurity and data
protection remains important for the effective functioning of digital platforms in the legal
sector. In general, digital transformation creates new opportunities for improving the quality
of legal education in Ukraine, but for the successful implementation of these changes, not only
technological innovations are important, but also strategic support from the state, as well as
the need to develop new business models and legal norms that will guarantee the safety and efficiency of work in the digital environment. The article emphasizes the importance of flexible
adaptation of curricula, integration of the latest technologies into the practical training of
students, and development of digital competencies to train highly qualified lawyers capable of
working in the digital era.
