The target orientation of this study is the analysis of cause-and-effect relationships
that determine the presence of difficulties and obstacles that have arisen on the path of personal development since
antiquity and have a clear illustrative continuation in the era of the information society. The article highlights the philosophical issues of society as a factor of
personal development from antiquity to the present. The concept of socialization is analyzed, the substantive
imperatives of sociality, the content and tasks of social adaptation, the principles of acculturation and other issues are
highlighted.
