Abstract

Дослідження теоретико-методологічних засад феномену лідерства, його основних концепцій та еволюції в науковій думці, а також систематизація існуючих підходів до визначення лідерства, його ключових характеристик та ролі в управлінських процесах. Лідерство є багатовимірним феноменом, який поєднує особистісні якості, соціальні взаємодії та управлінські підходи. Існуючі теорії лідерства можна систематизувати за класичними, поведінковими, ситуаційними та сучасними підходами, що включають трансформаційне та етичне лідерство. Важливим аспектом є філософське осмислення лідерства як особистісної практики та як наукової дисципліни з власними методологічними принципами. Лідер не лише формує візію та спрямовує послідовників, а й відіграє ключову роль у прийнятті рішень та розвитку організацій. Ефективне лідерство базується на когнітивних підходах, стратегічному мисленні та гнучкому адаптуванні до змінних умов середовища.

Leadership is a multidimensional phenomenon that combines personal qualities, social interactions, and managerial approaches. Existing leadership theories can be systematized into classical, behavioral, situational, and modern approaches, including transformational and ethical leadership. An important aspect is the philosophical comprehension of leadership as both a personal practice and a scientific discipline with its own methodological principles. A leader not only shapes a vision and guides followers but also plays a key role in decision-making process and organizational development. Effective leadership is based on cognitive approaches, strategic thinking, and flexible adaptation to changing environmental conditions.
