Роль освітньої компоненти “Міждисциплінарні технології в соціальній роботі” в підготовці фахівців соціономічної сфери

Abstract

У статті наведено досвід викладання дисципліни “Міждисциплінарні технології в соціальній роботі” здобувачам другого магістерського рівня вищої освіти спеціальності 231 “Соціальна робота” Національного університету “Одеська політехніка”. Розглянуто методи навчання, критерії та засоби оцінювання очікуваних результатів навчання, організацію самостійної роботи здобувачів під час її вивчення. Зазначено, що в ситуації соціальних ризиків та невизначеності сьогодення, здатність фахівців з соціальної роботи розв’язувати складні проблеми з метою надання допомоги уразливим групам населення можливо за умов оволодіння ними міждисциплінарного підходу. За аналізом компетентностей та результатів навчання професійного стандарту побудовано логічну послідовність змістовності структурних компонентів дисципліни, які включає наступні модулі: “Технологізація соціальної роботи на засадах міждисциплінарного підходу”, “Практики міждисциплінарного підходу в соціальній роботі”, а також “Міждисциплінарні технології та методи соціальної роботи з сім’ями та дітьми групи ризику”. Підкреслено, що методи навчання обиралися з урахуванням змісту та мети конкретного заняття. В процесі викладання дисципліни при проведенні лекцій та практичних занять перевага надавалась інтерактивним методам професійно-ситуаційного навчання з урахуванням принципів Гуманітарної освіти (Liberal Art Education). Описано критерії та засоби оцінювання очікуваних результатів навчання за певними видами роботи, включаючи курсову роботу як вид індивідуальної самостійної роботи здобувача. Враховуючи результати навчання за освітньої компоненти “Міждисциплінарні технології в соціальній роботі” та позитивні відгуки здобувачів визначено, що ефективність викладання дисципліни в значній мірі залежить від створення позитивного навчального середовища, що прияє активному залученню здобувачі до спільної роботі, розвитку креативного мислення, спроможності розв’язувати проблеми на засадах міждисциплінарного підходу. гнучкості у прийнятті професійних рішень, а також здатності адаптуватися до змін у соціальному середовищі.

The article presents the experience of teaching the discipline of interdisciplinary technologies in social work to applicants for the second master's level of higher education in specialty 231 Social Work of the National University “Odessa Polytechnic”. The study considers teaching methods, criteria and means of assessing expected learning outcomes, and the organization of independent work of applicants during their study. It is noted that in the current situation of social risks and uncertainty, the ability of social work professionals to solve complex problems in order to provide assistance to vulnerable groups of the population is possible only if they master an interdisciplinary approach. Based on the analysis of the competencies and learning outcomes of the professional standard, a logical sequence of the content of the structural components of the discipline was built, which includes the following modules: “Technologization of social work on the basis of an interdisciplinary approach”, “Practices of an interdisciplinary approach in social work”, as well as “Interdisciplinary technologies and methods of social work with families and children at risk”. It is emphasized that the teaching methods were chosen taking into account the content and purpose of a particular lesson. In the process of teaching the discipline during lectures and practical classes, preference was given to interactive methods of professional and situational learning taking into account the principles of Liberal Education (Liberal Art Education). The criteria and means of assessing the expected learning outcomes for certain types of work, including coursework as a type of individual work of the applicant, are described. Taking into account the learning outcomes for the educational component “Interdisciplinary Technologies in Social Work” and the positive feedback from applicants, it was determined that the effectiveness of teaching the discipline largely depends on the creation of a positive learning environment that encourages the active involvement of applicants in joint work, the development of creative thinking, the ability to solve problems based on an interdisciplinary approach, flexibility in making professional decisions, as well as the ability to adapt to changes in the social environment.
