Розвиток емоцiйного iнтелекту в системi «Викладач–Студент–Мовна пiдготовка» на засадах комунiкативного пiдходу

Abstract

The article presents the results of studying the influence of the communicative approach on the development of EI in the system of «teacher-student-language training». An analysis of interpretations of emotional intelligence is presented. The practicality of emotional intelligence development in the «teacher-student-language training» system is substantiated. The peculiarities of language training of students are described in the example of teaching the Ukrainian language based on a communicative approach. Examples of work with text and communicative tasks are given. The results of three surveys of students on the Hall test for determining emotional intelligence are presented. The pedagogical experiment lasted from March to December 2022. Empirical data were subjected to statistical analysis: the Pearson criterion to confirm the normality of the distributions of EI levels in groups and the Student criterion for estimating averages separately for each scale. The statistical significance of changes at the end of the experiment was fixed for scales “emotional awareness”, managing your emotions, “recognizing other people’s emotions”, “emotional awareness”, and “empathy”. The problems of appropriate training of teachers have actualized according to the study results: the formation of their skills to recognize emotions, react to them, and build relationships based on such knowledge. Guidelines in the training of teachers of the Ukrainian language are provided: conscious understanding of the system of knowledge about the text, comprehension of modern problems in the text formation field and possible solving ways of them; reproduction of knowledge in typical situations of textual and creative activity; formation of skills to simulate situational and emotional tasks; identification and development of creativity in the creation of situational exercises (analytical, communicative, associative, research).У статтi представлено результати дослiдження впливу комунiкативного пiдходу на розвиток ЕI в системi «викладач-студент-мовна пiдготовка». Представлено аналiз тлумачень емоцiйного iнтелекту та обґрунтовано доцiльнiсть розвитку емоцiйного iнтелекту в системi «викладач-студент-мовна пiдготовка». Описано особливостi мов- ної пiдготовки студентiв на прикладi навчання української мови на засадах комунiкативного пiдходу. Наведено приклади роботи з текстом та комунiкативних завдань. Представлено результати трьох опитувань студентiв за тестом Хола на визначення емоцiйного iнтелекту. Педагогiчний експеримент тривав з березня по грудень 2022 року. Емпiричнi данi були пiдданi статистичному аналiзу: критерiй Пiрсона для пiдтвердження нормальностi розподiлiв рiвнiв ЕI у групах та критерiй Стьюдента оцiнки середнiх окремо за кожною шкалою. Пiдтверджено статистичну значущiсть змiн в кiнцi експерименту для шкал «емоцiйна обiзнанiсть», Управлiння своїми емоцiями, «розпiзнавання емоцiй iнших людей», «емоцiйна обiзнанiсть», «емпатiя». За результатами дослiдження актуалiзовано проблеми вiдповiдної пiдготовки вчителiв, формування у них умiнь розпiзнавати емоцiї, реагувати на них, розбудовувати стосунки на основi цих знань. Наведено орiєнтири у пiдготовцi вчителiв української мови: усвiдомлене розумiння системи знань про текст, осмислення сучасних проблем у галузi текстотворення та можливих шляхiв їхнього вирiшення; вiдтворення знань у типових ситуацiях тексто-творчої дiяльностi; формування вмiнь моделювати ситуацiйно-емоцiйнi завдання; виявлення й розвиток креативностi у створеннi ситуацiйних вправ (аналiтичнi, комунiкативнi, асоцiативнi, дослiдницькi).
