Роль освіти у формуванні розумної поведінки здобувачів

Abstract

Висвітлено роль освіти у розвитку життєвих навичок, які є основою розумної поведінки людини. Окреслено сутність розумної поведінки та різні шляхи її досягнення, показано її взаємозв’язок з управлінською культурою. Наведено структуру розумної поведінки та зміст її блоків. Проаналізовано різні схеми позицій прийняття управлінських рішень та показано можливості їх використання у формальній та неформальній освіті. Висвітлено український досвід формування життєвих навичок здобувачів.The role of education in developing life skills, which are the basis of reasonable human Behaviour is highlighted. The essence of reasonable behaviour and various ways of achieving are outlined, and their relationship with management culture is shown. The structure of reasonable behaviour and the content of its blocks are presented. Various schemes of managerial decision-making positions are analysed, and the possibilities of their application in formal and informal education are demonstrated. The Ukrainian experience of forming life skills of applicants is highlighted.
