dc.description.abstract The article describes the main purpose of education today and features of the educational process as wellness. Psychological and pedagogical conditions to construct such process were presented, namely, creating an atmosphere of psychological comfort in which each students school life is joyful, exciting, emotionally saturated; creating developmental learning environment - space in which student gain new information is in the process of thinking, communicating, when the truth is presented as a debate about it, that is a problem-searching dialogue; the presence of teachers and pedagogical techniques of professional-significant qualities as charm, dynamism of personality, empathy, emotional stability. The mechanisms for creating an atmosphere of psychological comfort for the teacher were disclosed; the actions aimed at ensuring the effectiveness of problem-searching dialogue with students were described. The characteristic components of educational technology are verbal and nonverbal. Particular attention is paid to non-verbal techniques, namely, body language (static and dynamic expression), interpersonal space (distance between those who communicate) and temporal characteristics of communication. It was proved that eye contact is the most appropriate to the students to feel teacher's friendly attitude, his support, and love. This means that the most important feature is its emotional power. It was emphasized that in order to ensure good, caring and cooperation-oriented relationships with students, the teacher should use in tandem verbal and nonverbal foreign educational technology. The nature of these professionally significant teacher’s qualities as a means of reducing students’ internal stresses and anxiety and healthy functioning of mind of every child was shown. uk
