Національна скаутська організація України «Пласт» (1991-2014 роки): відновлення та діяльність

Abstract

У дисертації на основі джерел та наукової літератури проаналізовано особливості відновлення, розвитку та специфіка діяльності Національної скаутської організації України «Пласт» як окремої дитячо-юнацької громадської організації та самодостатньої одиниці вітчизняного скаутського руху в 1991-2014 роках. Наукова новизна даної дисертаційної роботи полягає в тому, що внаслідок розкриття особливостей розвитку й специфіки діяльності Національної скаутської організації України «Пласт» як окремої самодостатньої одиниці вітчизняного скаутського руху в 1991-2014 роках, автором на конкретно-історичному матеріалі комплексно досліджено процес відродження Пласту на території України після здобуття нашою державою незалежності та трансформації його розвитку в умовах системних змін, що відбулися в суспільстві протягом 1990-2000-х років, сягнувши свого апогею 2014 року. В рамках даного дослідження: вперше запропоновано авторську періодизацію вивчення проблематики становлення й розвитку Національної скаутської організації України «Пласт; на основі джерел, що вводяться в науковий обіг уперше, окреслено передумови відновлення діяльності Пласту на вітчизняному ґрунті; проведено аналіз взаємного впливу світового скаутського співтовариства і пластових організацій в Україні; удосконалено класифікацію та систематизацію ідей скаутського руху виховного та громадсько-політичного характеру; положення про важливість використання досвіду пластування в процесі становлення скаутського руху на території України в 1991-2014 роках; контекстну історичну класифікацію й аналіз скаутських організацій на теренах зарубіжних держав і України; отримали подальший розвиток висновки про вагому роль і суттєве значення пластового руху в процесі громадсько-політичного розвитку України після здобуття нашою державою незалежності; класифікація й аналіз молодіжних організацій, котрі можуть бути зараховані до скаутського руху України; узагальнення матеріалів і даних, що стосуються зародження, розвитку й подальшої заборони функціонування пластових осередків у Галичині, а також на Буковині, Волині й Закарпатті в 1912-139 роках. Теоретична важливість цього дослідження визначається тим, що одержані в процесі його підготовки дані, результати, висновки та введені у науковий обіг джерела можуть бути використані у подальших наукових пошуках та прикладних розробках з історії громадських, дитячих та молодіжних організацій (у першу чергу, Пласту), а також історії формування державної молодіжної та соціальної політики України. У практичному вимірі окремі положення і рекомендації дисертаційної роботи можуть бути задіяні в ході впровадження конкретних ініціатив під час формування науково-обґрунтованої молодіжної політики держави; під час підготовки лекційних курсів, проведення семінарських занять і написання навчально-методичних посібників із соціально-політичної історії України, історії молодіжних рухів та скаутингу, викладання спеціальних курсів з історичних та педагогічних дисциплін, а також підготовки інших матеріалів, пов’язаних з історією виникнення та розвитку Національної скаутської організації України «Пласт», її поверненням в Україну й особливостями діяльності в 1991-2014 роках.

Based on the scientific sources and literature, the dissertation analyzes specific features of the restoration and development, as well as particular characteristics of the activities of the National Scout Organization of Ukraine ‘Plast’ as a separate children’s and youth civic organization and a self-sufficient unit of the domestic scout movement in 1991-2014. The scientific novelty of this dissertation lies in the fact that, as a result of revealing the features of the development and specifics of the activities of the National Scout Organization of Ukraine ‘Plast’ as a separate self-sufficient unit of the domestic scout movement in 1991-2014, the author, using specific historical material, comprehensively investigated the process of the revival of Plast in the territory of Ukraine after our state gained independence and the transformation of its development in the context of systemic changes that occurred in the society during the 1990-ies-2000-s and reached its apogee in 2014. Within the framework of this study, there are the following novelty aspects: for the first time, the author’s periodization of the study of the issues of the formation and development of the National Scout Organization of Ukraine ‘Plast’ was proposed; based on the sources that are being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, the prerequisites for the resumption of Plast activities in domestic soil were outlined; an analysis of the mutual influence of the world scout community and Plast organizations in Ukraine was conducted; improved classification and systematization of ideas of the scout movement of the educational and social and political nature; provisions on the importance of using the experience of Plast activities in the process of formation of the Scout movement in the territory of Ukraine in 1991-2014; contextual historical classification and analysis of scout organizations in foreign countries and Ukraine; further development of conclusions on the significant role and essential importance of the Plast movement in the process of the social and political development of Ukraine after it gained independence; classification and analysis of youth organizations that can be included in the scout movement in Ukraine; generalization of materials and data relating to the emergence, development and subsequent prohibition of the functioning of Plast cells in Galicia, as well as in Bukovyna, Volyn and Transcarpathia in 1912-139. The theoretical importance of this study is determined by the fact that the data, results, conclusions and sources to be introduced into scientific circulation and obtained during its preparation can be used in further scientific research and applied developments on the history of public, children’s and youth organizations (primarily, Plast), as well as the history of formation of the state youth and social policy in Ukraine. In the practical sense, individual provisions and recommendations contained in the dissertation can be used when implementing specific initiatives during the formation of a scientifically sound youth policy of the state; during the preparation of lecture courses, conduction of seminars and writing of teaching and methodological manuals on the social and political history of Ukraine, the history of youth movements and scouting; during the teaching of special courses in historical and pedagogical disciplines, as well as the preparation of other materials related to the history of the emergence and development of the National Scout Organization of Ukraine ‘Plast’, its return to Ukraine and the features of its activities in 1991-2014.
