У дисертації досліджено проблему формування культури міжнаціонального спілкування іноземних студентів в освітньому просторі медичних закладів вищої освіти. На основі аналізу філософських, соціально-психологічних, педагогічних наукових джерел та контенту інтернету з’ясовано сутнісні ознаки феномена культура національного спілкування, що характеризує особистість. Культуру міжнаціонального спілкування розглянуто як якісний інтегративний показник вихованості людини, що проявляється у взаємодії з представниками різних національних, етнічних спільнот і позитивно впливає на регулювання взаємин у полікультурному середовищі.
Визначено критерії, показники сформованості культури міжнаціонального спілкування іноземних студентів медичних закладів вищої освіти на основі структурно-функціонального аналізу досліджуваного феномену. Розроблено модель формування культури міжнаціонального спілкування іноземних студентів в освітньому просторі медичних закладів вищої освіти для чіткого, цілісного бачення цього процесу. Визначено й обґрунтовано педагогічні умови, що забезпечують результативність формування культури міжнаціонального спілкування іноземних студентів медичних закладів вищої освіти: спрямування особистості студента на позитивне моделювання культури спілкування; забезпечення освітнього простору культури міжнаціонального спілкування на основі полікультурного діалогу; використання в освітньому просторі медичних ЗВО виховних ситуацій міжнаціонального змісту, які актуальні для формування культури міжнаціонального спілкування іноземних студентів; інтеграції навчальної та позанавчальної виховної роботи з іноземними здобувачами вищої освіти. Розроблено методику формування вихованості культури міжнаціонального спілкування іноземних студентів, яка передбачала взаємообумовлені етапи: адаптаційний – «Культура спілкування»; мотиваційний – «Культура міжнаціональних узаємин»; поведінково-професійний – «Культура міжнаціонального спілкування як складник культури професійного спілкування». Представлено результати дослідно-експериментальної роботи. Перевірка педагогічних умов формування культури міжнаціонального спілкування, їх впровадження в практику освітнього простору медичних закладів вищої освіти довели їхню ефективність та дієвість.
The dissertation investigates the problem of forming a culture of international communication of foreign students in the educational space of medical higher education establishments. On the basis of the analysis of philosophical, socio-psychological, pedagogical scientific sources and the Internet content, the essential features of the phenomenon of culture of national communication, which characterises a personality, have been clarified. The culture of international communication is considered as a qualitative integrative indicator of human education, which manifests itself in interaction with representatives of different national and ethnic communities and has a positive impact on the regulation of relations in a multicultural environment. The criteria and indicators of the formation of the culture of international communication of foreign students of medical higher education establishments are determined on the basis of the structural and functional analysis of the studied phenomenon. The model of formation of the culture of international communication of foreign students in the educational space of medical higher education establishments is developed for a clear, holistic vision of this process. The pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of a culture of international communication of foreign students of medical higher education establishment have been defined and substantiated: directing the student's personality to positive modelling of the culture of communication; providing an educational space for the culture of international communication based on multicultural dialogue; using educational situations of international content in the educational space of medical higher education establishments, which are relevant for the formation of a culture of international communication of foreign students. A methodology for the formation of the culture of international communication of foreign students has been developed in the dissertation. It includes the following interconnected stages: adaptative - ‘Culture of communication’; motivational - ‘Culture of international relations’; behavioural and professional - ‘Culture of international communication as a component of the culture of professional communication’. The results of the experimental work have been presented. The verification of pedagogical conditions for the formation of a culture of international communication, their implementation in the practice of the educational space of medical higher education establishments have proved their effectiveness and efficiency.
