Феномен харизми в бутті людини та спільноти

Abstract

У даному дослідженні проведено комплексний та системний аналіз феномену харизми в бутті людини та спільноти, її дійсних та імітаційних проявів, а також екзистенціальних та світоглядних основ, які спрямовують розвиток і самореалізацію особистості та спільноти особистостей. Відзначено, що питання харизми пов’язане не лише з особистісним, а й з соціальним буттям людини. Харизма людини як екзистенціальна сила та шарм дає їй можливість притягувати увагу, впливати, актуалізовувати інших у співтворчості або маніпулювати ними, змінюючи при цьому, навіть хід історії. Виявлена і розвинута харизма сприяє досягненню повноти життя і самореалізації людини у суспільстві. Конструктивна харизма, як показник зрілості й цілісності людини та спільноти, дає можливість розширювати власну відповідальність у різних сферах життя, розвиваючи їх та проявляючи у них креативність. Наукова новизна дисертаційного дослідження полягає в створенні цілісної концепції харизми людини та спільноти і на основі класичних й сучасних підходів до феномену харизми, розробці нової авторської методології – метаантропології харизми. У роботі доведено, що в широкому сенсі харизму можна визначити як екзистенціальний шарм і магнетизм, здатність надихати і впливати на інших, тоді як в найбільш конструктивних формах харизма є здатність надихати і вести за собою гуманістично, без маніпуляцій, яка зумовлена духовно-душевною цілісністю особистості та спільноти.

This study provides a comprehensive and systemic analysis of the phenomenon of charisma, its real and imitative manifestations in the existence of man and community, as well as existential and ideological foundations, which guide the development and self-realization of personality and the community of personalities. It is noted that the issue of charisma is associated not only with personal, but also with social human being. Human charisma as an existential force and charm gives a man an opportunity to attract attention, influence, actualize others in co-creation or manipulate them, thereby changing even the course of history. The revealed and developed charisma contributes one’s achievement of the fullness of life and self-realization of a person in society. Constructive charisma as an indicator of maturity and integrity of a person and a community makes it possible to expand one’s responsibility in different spheres of life, developing them and showing creativity in them. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research consists in the creation of a holistic concept of charisma of a person and a community and, on the basis of classical and modern approaches to the phenomenon of charisma, the development of a new author’s methodology – the meta-anthropology of charisma. The work proves, that in a broad sense charisma can be defined as an existential charm and magnetism, the ability to inspire and influence others, while in its most constructive forms charisma is the ability to inspire and lead humanistically, without manipulation, conditioned by the spiritual and soulful integrity of a personality and a community.
