У статті проведено порівняльний аналіз умов та політик доступу до вищої освіти у провідних музичних закладів вищої освіти Польщі, Швеції, Німеччини та Франції. Здійснено детальний аналіз етапів вступної кампанії: загальних умов прийому; джерел фінансування здобуття вищої освіти; строків реєстрації заяв, конкурсного відбору та зарахування на навчання; порядку реєстрації заяв для участі у конкурсному відборі на навчання та вступних випробуваннях для здобуття вищої освіти; особливостями проведення конкурсного відбору; наявність спеціальних умов участі у вступній кампанії; формування рейтингових списків вступників; порядок розгляду апеляцій; особливості прийому на навчання до закладів вищої освіти іноземців та осіб без громадянства, забезпечення відкритості та прозорості під час проведення прийому до ЗВО, на прикладі бакалаврських програм 1-го рівня вищої освіти за напрямами інструментальна підготовка, хорове диригування та музична освіта.
Для аналізу інституційних політик обрані ЗВО, які займають високі місця у міжнародних університетських рейтингах за напрямом мистецтво: Uniwersytet Muzyczny Fryderyka Chopina w Warszawie та Akademia Muzyczna im. Krzysztofa Pendereckiego w Krakowie (PL); Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin та Die Hochschule für Musik und Theater "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig (DE); Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris та Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Lyon (FR); Norwegian Academy of Music (NO); Royal College of Music in Stockholm (SE). Проаналізовано національні нормативно-правові акти та інституційні політики, що регулюють умови вступу до обраних ЗВО. Встановлено спільне та відмінності у доступі до вищої освіти у досліджуваних ЗВО ЄВПО.
The article provides a comparative analysis of the conditions and policies of the admission campaign to the leading music higher education institutions (HEIs) of the European Higher Education Area (hereinafter referred to as the EHEA) in four countries: Poland, Sweden, Germany and France. A detailed description of the entrance exams from the moment of application to the receipt of a letter of admission to study on the example of bachelor's programmes of the 1st level of higher education in the areas of instrumental training, choral conducting and music education was also made.
For the analysis, two HEIs from each country that provide training in the arts were selected. The selection was based on their positions in international university rankings such as Times Higher Education, Academic Ranking of World Universities and QS World University Ranking. First of all, the national regulatory documents governing the conditions of admission to the selected universities were also analysed. The analysis showed that each HEI has its own peculiarities in terms of conducting entrance exams, including for the same programmes; requirements for prior musical training; conditions for online applications and pre-selection; forms of education; requirements for recognition of previous learning outcomes, etc. The results of the analysis are summarised and compared in the table.
