Бойові мистецтва в системі нової української школи

Abstract

У статті розглядаються бойові мистецтва як ефективний засіб формування фізичної сили і твердого духу, що гармонійно співвідноситься з основними положеннями та метою Нової української школи (НУШ). Окрім традиційних завдань фізичного й духовного розвитку школярів, бойові мистецтва сприятимуть національно-патріотичному та громадянському вихованню особистості, що є базовою ідеєю Концепції НУШ. Загалом вони становлять підґрунтя гармонійного розвитку молодої людини, допомагають засвоєнню громадянських та моральних цінностей. Аналізується дієвий метод психофізичного й морально-світоглядного виховання молоді – хортинг – національний вид спорту українства, що базується на культурно-етнічних, оздоровчо-силових та бойових традиціях нашого народу. Його безумовними перевагами для молоді є: засвоєння національних та загальнолюдських цінностей; виховання внутрішньо-особистісної культури, напрацювання значущих вольових якостей, навичок здорового способу життя для всебічного духовного й фізичного розвитку. Методики бойових мистецтв є неоціненними у розвитку сили волі, зібраності, концентрації сили та самодисципліни у сучасної молоді, що реалізуються з урахуванням індивідуальних підходів до психофізичних особливостей. Застосовуючи загальну методику навчання молоді бойовим мистецтвам, тренер також має розробити й індивідуальні засоби опанування нових технік й напрацювання психологічних якостей у цій царині. Бойові мистецтва окрім традиційних завдань фізичного й духовного розвитку, сприятимуть національно-патріотичному та громадянському вихованню особистості, що є базовою ідеєю Концепції Нової української школи, що становить підґрунтя гармонійного розвитку молодої людини, формуванню громадянських та моральних цінностей.

The article considers martial arts as an effective means of forming physical strength and a strong spirit, which is harmoniously correlated with the basic provisions and purpose of the New Ukrainian School (NUS). In addition to the traditional tasks of the physical and spiritual development of schoolchildren, martial arts will contribute to the national-patriotic and civic education of the individual, which is the basic idea of the Concept of NUS. In general, they form the basis for the harmonious development of a youth; help the assimilation of civic and moral values. An effective method of psychophysical and moral and worldview education of youth is analyzed – horting is a national sport of Ukraine, which is based on the cultural-ethnic, health-strengthening and combat traditions of our people. Its unconditional advantages for youth are: assimilation of national and universal values; education of inner-personal culture, development of significant willpower, and healthy lifestyle skills for comprehensive spiritual and physical development. Martial arts techniques are invaluable in developing willpower, concentration, strength, and self-discipline in modern youth. These techniques are implemented with individual approaches to psychophysical characteristics. When applying the general methodology of teaching martial arts to young people, the trainer should also develop individual means of mastering new techniques and developing psychological qualities in this area. In addition to traditional physical and spiritual development, martial arts will contribute to the national-patriotic and civic education of the individual, which is the basic idea of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School and which forms the basis for the harmonious development of young people, the formation of civic and moral values.
