Стаття присвячена розгляду взаємозв’язків між практиками волонтерського руху та громадянського суспільства в Україні з позицій філософсько-політичного аналізу, соціологічного, системного та прогностичного підходів. У центрі уваги дослідження – основні базові цінності волонтерської діяльності: жертовність, справедливість, активність, дух свободи волонтерського руху, добровільність, прояв доброї волі як волі до добра.
Проаналізовано структуру громадянського суспільства та досліджено місце волонтерського руху у структурі громадянського суспільства, його роль у системі організацій опору Російській Федерації.
Результати дослідження свідчать про те, що волонтерський рух виявляє та пропагує кращі традиції й інститути громадянського суспільства, громадянські чесноти та принципи співіснування, а волонтерські практики є не просто виконанням завдань волонтерського руху, а частиною життя громадянського суспільства, стимулюють його оновлення й інституційний розвиток.
Констатовано, що філософський підхід до визначення цінності свободи волонтерського руху забезпечує спільну концептуальну платформу, на якій підходи окремих наук – психології, соціальної роботи, політології – не суперечать один одному, а переважно доповнюють один одного.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the interrelations between the practices of the volunteer movement and civil society in Ukraine from the standpoint of philosophical and political analysis, as well as sociological, systemic, and predictive approaches. The study focuses on the main basic values of volunteer activity: sacrifice, justice, activity, the spirit of freedom of the volunteer movement, voluntariness, and the manifestation of goodwill as the will to do good.
The structure of civil society is analyzed and the place of the volunteer movement in the structure of civil society, and its role in the system of resistance organizations of the Russian Federation is investigated.
The results of the study indicate that the volunteer movement identifies and promotes the best traditions and institutions of civil society, civic virtues and principles of coexistence, and volunteer practices are not just the fulfillment of the tasks of the volunteer movement, but are part of the life of civil society, stimulating its renewal and institutional development.
It is stated that the philosophical approach to determining the value of freedom of the volunteer movement provides a common conceptual platform on which the approaches of individual sciences – psychology, social work, political science – do not contradict each other, but mostly complement each other.
