Концепція професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації до формування здоров’язбережувального освітнього середовища

Abstract

У статті окреслено передумови створення концепції професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації до формування здоров’язбережувального освітнього середовища: сучасні процеси становлення демократичної, правової, соціальної держави, розвиток засад громадянського суспільства, інтеграції України до Європейського співтовариства, реалізації освітньої реформи; спрямованість сучасної політики нашої держави у сфері реабілітації на збереження та оздоровлення нації. Метою створення концепції професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації до формування здоров’язбережувального освітнього середовища є задоволення індивідуальних потреб здобувачів закладу вищої освіти щодо особистісного та професійного зростання за фахом, а також задоволення потреб держави у кваліфікованих спеціалістах з високим рівнем професіоналізму, здатних грамотно та відповідально проводити оздоровчу та реабілітаційну роботу з різним контингентом населення, впроваджувати в освітній процес здоров’язбережувальні та інтерактивні технології, сприяти гармонійному розвитку особистості, формуванню життєво необхідних навичок, розвитку фізичних якостей, зміцненню здоров’я та підготовці людини з обмеженими можливостями до активної трудової діяльності. Розкрито структуру та зміст професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичної реабілітації, передбачено організаційні заходи щодо підвищення якості життя особистості шляхом максимального відновлення функціональних рухових можливостей. Запропоновано шляхи та наведено очікувані результати реалізації Концепції. Реалізація Концепції сприятиме створенню єдиного освітнього простору, спрямованого на забезпечення процесу професійної підготовки компетентного фахівця сфері реабілітації нового покоління, підготовленого до здійснення здоров’язбережувальної діяльності та конкурентоспроможного на ринку оздоровчо-реабілітаційних послуг.

This article outlines the prerequisites for the creation of the concept of professional training of future physical rehabilitation specialists to formation of a health-preserving educational environment: modern processes of the formation of a democratic, legal, social state, the development of the foundations of civil society, the integration of Ukraine into the European Community, the implementation of educational reform; the focus of the modern policy of our state in the field of rehabilitation on health preservation and improvement of the nation. The purpose of the creation of the concept of professional training of future specialists in physical rehabilitation to formation of a health-preserving educational environment is to satisfy the individual needs of the applicants of the institution of higher education regarding personal and professional growth by profession, as well as to satisfy the needs of the state for qualified specialists with a high level of professionalism, who are able to competently and responsibly to carry out health and rehabilitation work with different contingents of the population, to introduce health-preserving and interactive technologies into the educational process, to promote the harmonious development of the personality, the formation of vital skills, the development of physical qualities, strengthening health and preparing people with disabilities for active work. The structure and content of professional training of future specialists in physical rehabilitation are disclosed, organizational measures are provided to improve the quality of life of the individual through the maximum restoration of functional motor capabilities. The ways are proposed and the expected results of the implementation of the Concept are provided. The implementation of the Concept will contribute to the creation of a single educational space aimed at ensuring the process of professional training of a competent specialist in the field of rehabilitation of a new generation, prepared to carry out health-preserving activities and competitive in the market of health and rehabilitation services.
