Приналежність Почаївської Лаври до Тернопільсько-Зборівської митрополії Української греко-католицької церкви: історичний дискурс

Abstract

Церковна історія є одним із найбільш вагомих напрямів досліджень у будь-який час, у будь-якій країні та за будь-якого політичного режиму. Її можна трактувати по-своєму, і кожен її бачить із власних позицій, міркувань, підсумкових суджень. Однак об’єктивне дослідження часто може бути ненаписаним через відсутність політичної волі, обмеження з боку замовника і т. д. Тим не менше ми як професійні історики повинні уникати будь-якого емоційного забарвлення, коли описуємо досліджувані нами факти, процеси та явища. Нам важлива не лише конкретна реконструкція подій, а й їх правильне розуміння як нами, так і тими, хто візьме до рук нашу працю як в ознайомчих, так і дослідницьких, навчальних, просвітніх та інших потенційно можливих цілях. Метою даного дослідження є всебічний аналіз історичних, юридичних та релігійних аспектів приналежності Почаївської Лаври до Тернопільсько-Зборівської митрополії Української Греко-католицької церкви. Зокрема, робота спрямована на вивчення історичного контексту, обставин передачі власності, впливу релігійно-політичних чинників та перспективи врегулювання конфліктів, пов'язаних із цією святинею. Дослідження має завдання окреслити основні виклики та можливості, що стоять перед УГКЦ у справі повернення Лаври, а також внести ясність у процеси реституції церковного майна в Україні. Об’єктом дослідження є Свято-Успенська Почаївська лавра як одна з головних святинь Західного регіону України. Предметом дослідження виступають факти, події та процеси, які мали місце та відбуваються в контексті історичного розвитку Свято-Успенської Почаївської лаври. У роботі розглянуто історичний контекст та обставини передачі власності, досліджено вплив релігійно-політичних чинників на цей процес. Особливу увагу приділено викликам і можливостям, що стоять перед УГКЦ у справі повернення Лаври, а також перспективам урегулювання конфліктів, пов'язаних із реституцією церковного майна в Україні. Дослідження спрямоване на внесення ясності у складні питання церковної власності та зміцнення правових основ діяльності Української Греко-католицької церкви.

Church history is one of the most important areas of research at any time, in any country and under any political regime. It can be interpreted in one's own way and everyone sees it from their own positions, considerations, and final judgments. However, objective research may often not be written due to lack of political will, restrictions from the customer, etc. Nevertheless, we as professional historians must avoid any emotional coloring when describing the facts, processes and phenomena we study. It is important to us not only a specific reconstruction of events, but also their correct understanding both by us and by those who will take our work into their hands for both informative and research, educational, educational and other potentially possible purposes. The purpose of our research is a comprehensive analysis of the historical, legal and religious aspects of the affiliation of the Pochaiv Lavra to the Ternopil-Zboriv Metropolitanate of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. In particular, the work is aimed at studying the historical context, the circumstances of the transfer of ownership, the influence of religious and political factors, and the prospects for conflict resolution related to this shrine. The research aims to outline the main challenges and opportunities facing the UGCC in the case of the return of the Lavra, as well as to clarify the processes of restitution of church property in Ukraine. The object of the study is the Holy Dormition Pochaiv Lavra as one of the main shrines of the western region of Ukraine. The subject of the research are the facts, events and processes that take place in the context of the historical development of the Holy Dormition Pochaiv Lavra. The work examines the historical context and circumstances of the transfer of property, and examines the influence of religious and political factors on this process. Special attention is paid to the challenges and opportunities facing the UGCC in the case of the return of the Lavra, as well as the prospects for conflict resolution related to the restitution of church property in Ukraine. The study is aimed at clarifying the complex issues of church property and strengthening the legal foundations of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.
